Checkers — Restaurant in Maryland

We order from here often, and normally love the food. Yesterday was absolutely horrible. Our order was placed at the window at 5:15pm and waited over 45 minutes to get food. The emplyees were arguing, one girl got locked out. She found her way back in, through an order window. Not sure what was going on, but the only employee left to help with my large order, was a young girl, whom was very apologetic, however could not make the sandwiches, because she was under the age of 18. There were other people waiting for their meals as well, telling the emplyees who were arguing , to keep that stuff at home, not at the work place. Several people cancelled orders and left.I was going to cancel as well, but knew I had a large order, so remained patient, as I could see the one employee was trying her very best.I Finally got my order and headed home at 6:11pm . I spent $112.28 on dinner for 8 people. Out of 8 people only 3 meals were correct. Every burger was made wrong. I Asked for no cheese on 4 burgers and and one with cheese. Got the exact opposite. The sodas were all flat, and the fries were cold. Called the 800 number to explain what happened, and they said someone will follow up with me about my complaint. Sadly, we had to throw out 5 burgers, 8 sodas and all but 3 fries. On top of that, had to run to Mcdonalds and spend an additional $30, for the people who's meals were wrong from Checkers. Hoping to at least get a refund for the 5 combos. They got the chicken tenders and 1 hamburger right. For the most part, we are usually very happy with our orders from this location. My wife wanted Checkers so I went. I received my food! Asked if there was ketchup in the bag and "Orlando" says it's in the bag. I asked again if it was in the bags for sure. Orlando says "Everything you need is in the bags". My fault for not checking because there wasn't even 1 ketchup in there buuuuuut Orlando never handed back my credit card or a receipt. It slipped my mind because of the way he was rushing me off. I drove back to my hotel and then realized I didn't have my credit card. LOCKED my credit card just to be safe and drove back to retrieve it. The very next day I'm out shipping for a suit and I'm getting alerts that a transaction didn't go through because my card was locked. Not saying it was Orlando but someone associated with that Checkers location or the employees that work there must have taken a pic of my card numbers and tried to use my CC over 10 times over the next 3 days.
