Pizza Sauce — Restaurant in Maryland

I'm giving this place 2 stars only because I can tell that they use premium ingredients. However their pizza is DEFINITELY not worth the money. I've been a regular customer since they've opened and it's just gone downhill. At first they had $5 carry out large cheese pizzas and they were great! But for some reason their pizza crust has gotten SUPER THIN!!! I even went as far as to ask if they sell deep dish or pan pizza simply to have something with more substance. They only sell regular or thin crust, which doesn't make much sense considering that their "regular" pizza is pretty much a thin crust pizza. They load sauce and cheese on top and the pizza just falls apart in your fingers, and the toppings slide off onto your plate. I've brought this to their attention and I literally got YELLED at by their store manager! He is extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with his customers AT ALL! After repeatedly being told that they were sorry about the pizza and that it wasn't supposed to be thin, I gave up. It's obvious that this place is stuck in it's ways and they will continue to send out whatever they want and charge you for it. Beware...if you order a lg cheese delivered, you'll pay $8.99 plus delivery fees for a thin crust messy pizza. You're better off ordering from Mustang Pizza or Perry's Pizzeria and spending the extra dollar. At least you'll have a 16 inch (Pizza Sauce's lg is 14) and it'll have some weight to it. When ordering a Pizza Sauce pizza, it feels like you're getting an empty box every time! Terrible waste of premium...

I used to love ordering from this place because it was convenient. I ordered 3 cheesesteaks online for delivery. Someone from the store called me 5 mins after placing my order. I didn’t see the calls I literally called back 5 mins later from the time she called me and she asked me for clarification on my orders I answered her and proceeded to try to make sure the other orders were correct she hung up. I called back and talked to a different man and made that modification with him. After talking to the man my food arrived like 10 mins later and was wrong like I knew it would be. I called the store and the lady on the phone was so rude stating that that’s not their fault because the delivery driver was already out when I called her back the first time. Which makes no sense because it was a total of 15 mins after placing my order when we talked and I ordered 3 cheesesteaks? Anyways if you knew the order was wrong why didn’t you tell your delivery driver to come back. Or even inform me that he was already out? My husband then proceeded to call her back she argued with him and then hung up he tried calling back and she picked the phone up and placed it back down. As a business you should satisfy your customers. It was only 1 of the 3 cheesesteaks that needed to be fixed it takes nothing to make another on the proper way and send it out. Terrible terrible terrible...

DO NOT ORDER HERE! My friend (who order wings and pizza here all the time) and I purchased three pizzas for a party FOR PICK UP. I enter to pick up the food and they stated that there was never and order placed and to try the other locations…long story short the order was placed and set for delivery instead of pick up. It was confirmed that the delivery guy was from this location. Obviously, there was a miscommunication on their end, but instead of trying to resolve the issue they stereotyped us by assuming we were trying to “finesse” or “play them,” according to the two female cashiers with the glasses and the bun. Was it because of how we looked 9 pm at night that you all assumed we were trying to steal pizzas, or was it because the color of our skin? After being disrespectful, and treating us like we were trying to steal, you all couldn’t even apologize for your mistake but called the police???! Pathetic and I wouldn’t ever recommend this place! I asked for a manager multiple times and they claimed one was not available. So if you’re a manager reading this check your cameras to see exactly how they treated us over pizzas! Treat people with the same respect that you would want especially since you all are minorities just...
