Every time I have been to this Burger King the ice cream machine is broken and I can’t get an Oreo Shake.... I love the Oreo Shake and don’t think I have had one since moving to Owings Mills (2 years ago) because of this. Yesterday, when I got to the first drive thru window I asked what my total was and it’s a good thing I did... I was about to be charged for an Oreo Shake they weren’t going to make for me. Took them a minute to figure out my new total. Finally, they got my new total. I ordered a Bacon King with no mayonnaise. No mayonnaise was even on my receipt and sure enough.... I checked my sandwich and there’s mayo all over it. I absolutely can’t eat mayonnaise.... every time I even accidentally consume it, I get horribly ill. So, I had to go inside for them to fix my sandwich. I go inside, and none of the staff seems interested in helping me....except for the older woman who was stocking the soda machine. She was actually getting irritated because she had to tell 3 of her coworkers to remake my sandwich. That’s why I give 1 star... only for that lady. Had she not been working.... I probably never would have gotten a new sandwich. It takes nearly 10 minutes for my sandwich to be remade. The manager behind the counter just hands it to me without saying a word.... no “sorry about the inconvenience “ , no “have a nice day”, not even “go f—- yourself”. Doesn’t even make eye contact. Made me feel like I was inconviencing him with my presence. I couldn’t even finish eating my sandwich because it was so greasy I would have been sick if I ate the whole thing. My French fries were cold, they barely put any ice in my soda. So yeah.... I’m not going back. They only have one employee there who takes pride in her job, they NEVER have Oreo Shakes available anytime I go there, and terrible customer service. I understand things happen but at least the other employees could have said “sorry for the inconvenience” or something. Little things like that...
Read moreHad 2 gift cards. The 800# on the back directs you to the website which ask for your email. Shouldn't have to give my email to get the balance on the card. Website was not working so I called customer service and they ask for personal info. Again Shouldn't have to go through all of that just to get the balance on card. Still Couldn't get the balance so I went to a Bk location in Owings Mills MD. There were 3 people ahead of me. One guy was waiting for his drinks for 5 minutes. The wait was so long because the "manager" was struggling to open another bag of coke to put in the machine when there was already a bag in there. Why wouldn't you check the machine to see if is empty before you open another bag.Within another 10 minute time frame the other two women that were in front of me had mobile orders that were not ready. They too didn't not get their food in a timely manner and waited to get their drinks at least 2 minutes. There was maybe 2 cars in the drive through. So I couldn't understand why it was taking so long to get 5 orders out. Finally get to the register to ask about the balance and the lady that I can only assume is the manager doesn't know how to check the balance on the cards so she asks one of the other employees at the drive through window for assistance. Another 4 minutes wasted. I finally order my food and had to wait for the drink. Seriously what is up the drinks! While I was waiting I noticed the people that were supposed to be making the food were in the back talking and texting on their phones. I also noticed that even though they were wearing gloves, they were touching other non food items with the same gloves. Maybe it is just me knit picking by now because it should not have taken a half hour to get an...
Read moreGoing here for lunch at 11:30am was the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in recent memory, possibly ever. The restaurant had two customers waiting for their food and no one in the drive thru when we arrived so we figured it would be quick. I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions, a chicken Jr with no lettuce (to which the cashier told me that it doesn't come with lettuce), fries and a drink. The ice was out on the soda machines, no big deal, but when I asked the employee that was cleaning the machines if she could get me some ice from behind the counter she said no and just pointed to the counter where the cashier and manager had their back turned. After finally getting my soda, my coworker and I proceeded to wait while two other people entered the store. They waited patiently for a couple minutes while the cashier and manager had their backs turned away, then the one politely asked if anyone could take his order. The manager blurted out "who are you??" To which he replied "a customer?" They then got their orders taken. They waited about 5 minutes and got their food, but no sign of our food at 11:45. At 11:50 I receive my food. Unsurprisingly the chicken Jr has lettuce on it. I decide it's not worth waiting an extra 20 minutes and decide just to remove it myself. My coworker had to wait an additional 5 minutes until 11:55. They weren't understaffed, I saw at least 7 employees so I have no idea what the problem was but it was a terrible terrible experience that caused us to be late returning from work. I will never...
