It saddens me how bad overall customer service and quality control is in the state of Maryland. But if I had to give it to a location leading the cause or should I say lack there of. It’s this Taco Bell, I had a door dash order and, when I received my food, it’s like every item in the box, was either conveniently from an order than no one picked up so they gave me that ( that’s how cold everything was) or they didn’t feel like prepping any new ingredients, because as a Mexican I no what, burnt leftover refried beans looks like and that’s exactly what I got. Lastly how do you order something that has the words cheese and melt in the title, but the shredded cheese, looks like it was just freshly taken out of the bag. At least nuc it in the microwave to lie to me. I would have excepted that at least.
Friendly advice to the employees of this Taco Bell. We all have choices. If you don’t like working there, simply put just bounce, it’s not worth, the experience your giving people. To those that maybe it’s because you don’t have a choice, then at least put some pride in what you do, who knows maybe then that leads you to something else.
No pun intended but just “food...

I'm shocked that after decades of supremacy, no other fast food taco joint has gone up against Taco Bell in the Mid-Atlantic. Del Taco, Green Burrito, et al, you're missing out. Anyway, we all know what we expect of Taco Bell in general, so I'm reviewing this one based on those standards.
The primary reason I use the app is for modifications. I figure it's easier for the staff to have it "in writing". I don't make huge changes - usually "remove this and/or add that" - but most of my orders have some minor change. This location has been good about properly making those adjustments, and the drive-thru staff have been efficient and friendly, but a single factor sucks.... the frozen/slushie machines are almost always "down." Because I order and pay in advance, when I arrive at the speaker, I'm left to either accept a lesser-value alternative or waste everyone's time trying to adjust what I've paid. Not worth the latter for me, so I'm stuck...
Read moreUpdate: the manager came to talk to me after he saw my stern look at all the employees cause I was getting impatient but then again I didn’t have any breakfast this morning so I was a little bit hungry. But please read below, it’s pretty inexcusable for newbies. There should be at least few workers that can make the items on the menu. I used to do the graveyard shift at the golden arches so I know you have to be somewhat fast getting orders out to people.
VERY oddly slow for a Taco Bell. I order two chipotle ranch chicken burritos and it taking them almost 25 minutes to make. This is horrendous; like I’ve been to Taco Bell in the busy part of center city Philadelphia that move faster than these sloths. I’m definitely never coming back here again. Too much turnover at this location and these employees just don’t seem to care. Please incentivize these people with $1 raises cause I’m just standing hearing them dropping stuff on the line and look...
