Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

I came to patronize the store employees were all over in the back up front from station to station the young lady made our rice bowl and we were waiting for the salsa and cheese to be placed on top a guy came from out of the back with gloves on with something all over the finger tips he put his hands in me and my sisters bowl I asked him what was on his gloves he scuffed took them off and was about to put salsa on my bowl he picked up a few pieces of steak off the counter and threw them back in the holder on the steam table. I let him know he put his hands in our bowls with whatever that was on his gloves he threw them away and told the young lady to make us two more.. He then proceeded to tell the cashier he only did it because He didn't wanna hear my mouth.... I asked for a manager he said he was the manager. I then proceeded to ask him what he was doing prior to putting his hands in our bowl and he walked away I asked him his name he said I don't have to tell you my name Miss he gets in the back and two people come to the opening and bust out laughing I asked who here is ServeSafe Certified and the manager comes almost running from in the back saying we all are I told him I was also and let him know he was not practicing safe food practices he asked did I pay for my food yet I told him yes Then he demands I Get out his store. I asked his name again and told him I wanted a refund all while he was fussing me out he granted my refund but I was treated poorly because he wasn't practicing safe food practices .I was embarrassed and I'm appalled I've been a loyal customer to Chipotle for 5years and 4 months and I've never had a problem until this day you didn't just lose my Business that day but also the 4 family members I bought with me......... The manager His name is No Name..... I'm completely disgusted by the condition of the store and how the manager handled the issue he created..Worst experience ever...

This was my first time going here. I will never ever return to this location. It should be shut down is the kindest thing I can say about them. I wanted a meal that was posted on their menu board. I told the first employee that I wanted that meal but with chicken instead of the steak and I didn't want the black beans. So I asked her all was in it and she told me she didn't know that the other employee would help. So when that employee wanted to know what I wanted after the first employee put the rice and chicken in a bowl, I told that employee I wanted whatever the meal on the menu had and I pointed to it. I asked what were the ingredients to that meal and told her no black beans . I wanted to know what would be the ingredients it. She nastily told me she didn't no she wasn't no corporate Chipotle. I told her how can she be an employee and be the second one not to know what a meal consist of if they worked there. So I pushed through and told her what to put in my bowl buy when I got to the cashier ,I asked for the manager. She herself wasn't much help or knowledgeable either. During my conversation with the manager the employee who got nasty with me walked off and left. So the Manger asked another employee to do the duty of the employee who walked off . That employee refused and was cussing at the manager. The manager had to do the duty of the worker who walked off the job. They messed my child meal up ,it was dirty tables and the soda takes watery. My meal the first have I ate was really good. However when I ate my leftovers for lunch today the rice wasn't cooled all the way $53 for 3 meals and 3 drinks. I will be willing to try...

I never write reviews! I went to chipotle to pick up my mobile order. It was all these young kids in there playing. One girl is on her phone with gloves and using the same gloves to make food. Another girl is eating another girl who is going on break quesadilla. So they said they have no cheese. The girl going on break has a bag full of cheese that im assuming she set aside for before they completely ran out. So the one girl bites the girl’s quesadilla(with gloves on). She has a string of cheese hanging out her mouth and grabs it and puts it in her mouth and then uses the same gloves to put lettuce on my bowl. So i said excuse I just watched you put food in your mouth and keep the gloves on and make my food. Instead of apologizing she cuts me off and says, we dont have cheese. So im like you had food hanging out your mouth, whatever it is you’re being unsanitary. So then she gets smart and says is this even your food? I said yea you just said you working on my order. She asks my name and it was in fact my order while she being smart! Then she says oh well i can make you a new one. At this point I dont even want it because making a new one doesnt change that the same hand that touched your mouth was dipped in the bin where the lettuce was. Customer service completely out of pocket!! One gentlemen there was very polite and tried to resolve the issue but the little girls were disgusting and rude about their inconvenience. Then she proceeded to talk about the situation as if she was somehow right. Childish behavior unacceptable! I left without food that...
