Placed order. Was not ready in the time allowed I don’t even care about the minute wait. Was I was let down about was what I ordered. I ordered a simple order nothing complicated. So it was a special, large 2 topping pizza with 12 wings,. So I got thin crust pizza, double order of pepperoni and so when I got it. It was not any extra pepperoni, barely enough to cover pizza almost looked like it was a frozen pizza with 10-12 pepperonis. So I had been had. Last time I ordered there and got the same order I did not see any cheese. This one was pizza with 10-12 pepperonis on it. Then I watched 4 staff in there pretty much playing patty cake there. Some working on orders, some talking, goofing off. Then the phone kept ringing non stop and no one picked it up. Waited 5-8 mins to even pick up the order. Noticed some staff not being hygienic almost sickening, if they would of washed there hands it wouldn’t be a issue. But they did not, finished what they were doing and walked to front and started to pull pizza out the oven to start cutting pizza and placing in card board box. An employees picking stuff off the bottom of their shoes and itching their legs, that had open scabs, yuck. Sickening. I almost want to lodge a complaint with the health department. I am sure they can see it on camera, bc I am sure that was captured. I tried to get it on video but when I noticed it and went to record it they were done. I will never go back there. Total let down. Be careful…… if anyone gets sick I may know why. Maybe a manager will reach out. I asked the guy that took my order if that person made my pizza and he said no, but no way of really knowing. If I get sick I know why. I told him what I saw and he said idk and shrugged his shoulders, instead of fighting with them, I just paid for it and got home and threw whole order in trash the whole complete order! Till then I will leave this up. You’ve been...
Read moreUpdate: March 2025. I'm done ordering from Dominos. It's so "hit or miss". But, way too many misses, including this order. It's ridiculous to order a pizza for a special price of $9.99, and end up paying $20. Then, to get your pizza cold, on top of that price is inexcusable. It was thin crust. It was so dry, to reheat it was out of the question. I ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away. Between, this order and a prior order, I have enough " points " for a FREE pizza, which I would have to use in the next week, or it expires. But, despite being "free" I would STILL pay $12, with delivery fees and tip. If, the pizza was good, I'd use the points. They just can't get it together. It's frustrating. But, I see the direction this store is going. And, it's sad for any business to continue to fail.
It’s clear that Domino’s is struggling. When you look at the delivery time and you watch the “Tracker” and your pizza sits for an hour before it goes out for delivery, there’s major issues. I think if they were just honest about how long it will take to get your pizza, it wouldn’t be so frustrating. I can’t say anything bad about the pizza I ordered the last two times. It came hot and delicious, but when you see your sitting that long, you think it can’t possibly be good. If you call the store you will be on hold listening to the same ads over and over and over again. The experience overall is ridiculous but in “COVID”times if your willing to wait and don’t pay attention to the Tracker or time of delivery in the app, you may just enjoy the pizza anyway. Give them a break. There’s a lot going on we might not know about.
UPDATE: 3/2023 It's clear Domino's has worked on past problems. Now, they deliver very fast. Food is hot and order was correct. Good...
Read moreI am generously giving them a two star review only because the food is good. The service on the other hand is terrible. I have ordered pizza for delivery twice. My first delivery I was sitting in my chair next to the door tracking my order, as it is contactless delivery due to Covid. I hear the driver enter the building come down the stairs and just drop my order in front of the door. I open my pizza box and to no surprise, my pizza toppings and cheese were on the lid of the box. My second delivery, again I was tracking my order and heard him walk in and deliver my order to my neighbors front door. When I opened my door to tell him that that was my order he just said "oh" and watched me walk over check to make sure it was mine and as I walked into my apartment he rang the bell for my neighbors apartment. Clearly not a bright person. Delivery is a definite no. When I ordered for pick up, I waited outside with my hazards on as instructed. I parked right in front of the building and could see them. According to the app my order was ready. I watched this guy throw the folded empty pizza boxes on the floor and just stand there chatting it up with another coworker who was getting their delivery ready. Even after the driver left he still did nothing. I was not the only one waiting on food. I had to walk in and ask for my food even though we were supposed to wait outside after hitting the "im here" button and putting our hazards on for them to deliver it to us for curbside pick up. As did the older man in the car next to me as he got tired of waiting as well. I will no longer be...
