Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

We are human and we make mistakes that we learn from. I ordered a large thin crust pineapple, ham and black olives from this location and got a large thin crust pineapple, ham and jalapeños instead. I dislike jalapeños with a passion…, especially on pizza. I called the store to inform them of the mistake and they apologized and was ready to make a new pizza a deliver it as soon as possible. I informed them that it was kinda late and I made other dinner plans at that point. The staff advised that the pizza would be credited to my account for a future delivery. I called today, as I was craving Dominos thin crust, to claim the credited pizza. I explained what happened previously and without no other questions the staff said we’ll get it to you asap. A few minutes after I placed the order, I received a call from the store. It was a staff member just double checking my order as to not make the same mistake twice. After confirming my order I was advised that my pizza was on its way. Approximately 25 later, my pizza arrived and was delivered by a friendly female delivery driver. I checked the pizza and it was correct. It was hot and delicious, exactly what I was craving. Big shoutout to the friendliness of the stores staff and making the mistake easy to fix without making me feel awkward. And from these experiences, I will always be a loyal customer of this Domino’s pizza. I wish I had their names at store#4685(I believe) Frederick rd., Germantown Md., because they deserve some recognition for awesome customer care...

Here's the setup:

Ordered Pizza and Pasta.

Everything was cooked in 5 minutes.

Waited 56 MINUTES in 'Quality Check.'

Must be some serious inspecting on that 1 Large, single topping (Pepperoni because that's the only way to go) pizza and a pasta.

Finally, after 61 whole minutes, the pizza is out for delivery. Our delivery is pushed back in 15 minute intervals 4 times. We check the app and the car hasn't moved from the same location for 24 minutes. It's been 121 minutes. 2 WHOLE HOURS.

Still no pizza.

Unless there's an oven in that delivery car, ain't no where in h*ll that pizza and pasta is arriving remotely warm.

So does that 30 minutes or free pizza promise count?

Anyways, if you're looking for that soggy cold pizza sitting on your counter after a night of partying hard with your friends, this is your place! If you're looking for quality service, just go ahead and buy the ingredients for a pizza at your local grocery store and cook the d*mn thing yourself because that will be quicker, taste better, and actually arrive at your table hot and fresh.

TERRIBLE SERVICE....

I love domino's pizza.I think it tastes great for the most part. But the other day, I had a very bad experience at this location. I placed an order on my app for 2 pizzas. Some time after eating most of the pizza, my wife and I got very sick to our stomach. The only food we had at that point in the day was the pizza. I called to speak with the manager later that day but was told that he wasn't available till the next day. So the next day I callled to complain and he acted as though I was trying to get a free Pizza or a refund. He could care less about the issue that there might be food poisoning involved. He never offered to check the ingredients or cleanliness of the store. He told me that people try to get over on them all the time for a refund or free food. I never asked for either. In fact the very first thing I asked him was had any other customers called in about an illness of any kind. I will no longer patronize this location. There are too many other...
