I am a regular patron. I ordered a coffee with 10 cream this morning as usual. It was a slow morning for them customer wise, and after many times of accepting that my coffee order was not correct, their service this morning was the straw that broke the "camel's back" for me. I wish I had checked my coffee before I got home, it was black coffee with most likely 10 sugars stead of 10 cream. I went back for a replacement. When I got home to sit down and drink my coffee it was then apparent that they only poured part of my coffee out and then put cream in it. It still had a lot of sugar in it even though the order was NO sugar. I had to drive back AGAIN. They don't seem to care here. I've had to go back several times over this past 6 months for them to correct my order. They always become annoyed that you are holding up their drive thru order due to their mistakes. They just rush orders out even on slow days like today (Saturday) and hope that the customer doesn't complain, I guess. Half the time their hash browns are burnt in the morning and we don't complain. My family and I carpool in the mornings and we usually place several mobile orders, so they definitely get at least $25.00 from us each day Monday thru Friday. Again, they didn't seem to care that they had wasted my time and gas and they never apologized either time that I went back today. I shouldn't have to micromanage them by checking everything and holding up the drive thru lane because they don't see customers, just money. That slows other patrons up when we have to do taste tests and food checks and that's ridiculous when most of the orders are mobile anyway! When you complain about something they begin speaking Punjabi to each other so most people can't understand what they are talking about. That in itself is rude because they aren't communicating with their customer. I have never heard them apologize for their mistakes even ONCE to any customers. They are prideful, but they need to remember that it is their customers that makes their business. If you have to go here, check your items and taste them. Don't worry about holding up that line.Maybe that will teach them to get things right the first time. My family and I will be going to the other Dunkin' closer to work. We aren't obligated to patronize a business that rushes their service. Maybe if they talked less to each other while working they could...
Read moreDon't go on Sunday morning if your in a rush. The ladies inside are kind, approachable, and attempted to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. Now I'm not sure if he was getting overwhelmed or not having the greatest morning but the only man back there on sandwiches was not. He got mad when the lady simply asked how long he would be on the orders inside the building. He started speaking in his native language and slung the box my sandwich was in at me. Because of the plexiglass I couldn't reach out and another customer had to reach around the plexiglass to give it to me. My hand was out so he could have handed it to me. I didn't mince words with him or anything. Not sure why his coworker asking a question set him off but I didn't even have an exchange with him. It was disappointing because I will not be returning to an establishment that treats customers like such. The ladies were great. My drink was done the exact way I love it before I walked from one counter to the other. Maybe he needed assistance on the food. I don't know, but he doesn't need to treat customers that way. I'll stop at the one closer to home before church from now on if I want food...
Read moreStay away. Don"t order the new breakfast bowls. When, I got to work and opened the lid it smelled weird and stupidly, I still ate a bite because, it was expensive and I didn't want to waste my money. So, I still tried it. It tasted awful and smelled like chemicals, not food. I thought maybe it was the spinach. So, added salt and went in for 2nd bite, but couldn't eat it. A few moments later, I was violently sick. My thoughts went back to my experience in their drive through. I think the ladies knew it was bad and sold it anyway. I noticed she didn't give me a receipt at the time and they seemed to be nervously speaking among each other when I ordered it, but I was on my way to work and presumably, so were the people behind me. So, I let it go. I think they place profits over safety and there are other places nearby. So, just skip this place for...
