This was my first experience at Jasonâs deli, as I had just moved into the area and Iâm still trying to get familiar with the local restaurants and deliâs. Jasonâs deli was recommended to me through a local, I decided to try them out but never again. I experienced the worst costumer service at this location. My boyfriends daughter needed help at the salad bar as sheâs only 7yrs old. I got up to go and help her pack some salad to take home when a white woman with blonde hair and glasses approached me and accused me of stealing?? For packing salad to take home from the salad bar. I wasnât aware that they donât allow you pack and take home from the salad bar, I explained to the woman that this was my first time and I had never been there before, this woman continued to accuse me of stealing and then snatched the ladle out of my hand and stormed off before I could even ask what her name was. It was embarrassing to have an employee berate me for âstealingâ and caused my boyfriends 7 yr old to cry when we got back to the table because of how bad this woman made us feel. It had been different if she used a different approach but her hostility towards me to let me know that we werenât allowed to pack and take home from the salad bar was very uncalled for and extremely unprofessional that although the food wasnât bad I will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone because of how I was treated at this facility since clearly their staff needs further training on how to treat customers. Do not come here if this is your first time, these people do not care on...
Read moreHonestly very disappointed in my food from here. Really was expecting more from a higher end sandwich shop. First off service and the cleanliness of the restaurant is on point. All tables and floors looked like they just been cleaned. I got helped in the matter of seconds from walking in. Sadly thatâs where this restaurant peaks. I Ordered the beefeater with a side of chips because I sounded really good. Also reminded of other similar sandwiches Iâve had from different spots. When it came to first impressions the sandwich looked very small for it costing around $13-$14. But that wasnât too much of a problem for me because Iâve had some pretty killer sandwiches that came on the smaller side. Sadly I was wrong about this one! Meat was dry and unseasoned. Iâve eaten paper with more flavor than that meat. It also came with the craziest ratio of meat to cheese. I would take a bite that came with more cheese than anything else. But honestly that cheese was the only thing giving it flavor. The au jus it came with was the most flavorful thing about the whole meal. It was a tad bit salty but honestly that sandwich needed that kick of flavor. I donât know how I would finish it without that au jus. Best thing I got from the whole meal was the chips lol and they werenât even Jason deli chips they were Layâs. Bottom line wouldnât recommend coming here. I know subway isnât the best by any means but I would 100% go get a sandwich from their or even Jersey Mikes before getting another dry unseasoned sandwich...

This location was not willing to accommodate someone with disabilities who has a special diet. Instead they lied to the customer by telling the customer they prepared their food according to the customers disability needs but this was untrue.
The disabled customer has become very ill and unable to cook meals. She had someome drive in rush hour traffic to pick up her special order (which took her friend an extra 35 minutes in Baltimore traffic) only to find out before leaving this location (Jason's Deli Maryland) that the food wasn't made as requested for the disabled customer's special diet. The customer is unable to eat restuarant food unless the resturant can prepare it according to their diet. The disabled customer called Jason's Deli an hour prior to pickup to ask if they could accommodate her diet (the staff and manager made her feel bad for being disabled because she had to beg them to prepare her food from the back refrigerator because she can't have food that's exposed or that sits under warmers). The disabled customer is immune suppressed. The staff lied to gain her money but didn't prepare the food properly.
This was the third time this Jason's Deli in Maryland was not willing to privide a reasonable accommodation to a disabled customer with a special diet but they will take the money of disabled customers. There is no excuse for any resturant to treat any customer unfairly. This Jason's Deli uses...
