Libby's BBQ — Restaurant in Maryland

It was Valentine's Day and all I could think of was getting my wife some ribs. The choice was Johnny Boys close to home or Libby's close to me, so I thought. The map said Branch Ave & I was only Branch Av. I ignored the Clinton part. Too long story shorter wife was happy though the ribs were cold 22 mins later. She went from 3 stars with traditional sauce to 4 stars once reheated. I got the Mac and cheese which were unseasoned and the wrong color. She enjoyed the baked beans. Her only complaint the ribs DIDN'T seem to be grilled. Fall off the bone tender & delicious YES but she wanted to see Grill marks. The Ruby Tuesday exterior is in the center of the shopping center opposite Five Below. Keep looking right near the MastressFirm, IHOP, Petco. Beside Panda Express after the GameStop. I usually include a menu with prices but the Wasn't one. The NO named single review said the prices were $ per person but expect Ruby Tuesday prices and not McDonald's. Libby's is one of three (3) business signs including Pasta Americana. When you walk through the door it looks like a buffet style near the front door and cash register. I paid cash and that was a problem for them. It took 5 employees and the boss (?!?) to process the transaction with no change returned. Not a big deal I called ahead and was rushing but...

First time customer. Ordered catfish & shrimp dinner w/roasted corn $23. Hubby ordered ribs ($13.49) bacon cheese fries ($11.89) and a gallon of ice tea via Uber eats (prior to deleting the app). Received what appeared to be cat fish fingers and shrimp with rubbery ice cold roasted corn. Hubby’s ribs had very little meat, the fries were average, and the sauce was sweet. No cocktail or tartar sauce were included in the bag and they forgot the ice tea. When we contacted the restaurant to correct the issue with the ice tea (their issue) they wanted us to go through uber eats to correct. It’s one and done...
