I have lived within a few blocks of this location for nearly 16 years and over the course of that time have been inside or in the drive thru I am sure 100 times or more. Many times over the years my order has been incorrect but they have always fixed it. Until last night I never felt the need to post a negative review. Last night at approximately 6 pm I was in the drive thru and ordered a cheese burger happy meal with no mustard or ketchup. My order did not show up on the screen like usual and I was told to pull around. The person at the 1st window a male very nice (not the female that had taken my order) handed me my receipt and I saw it did not say no mustard and no ketchup on the receipt so I told him and he said no problem I will let them know and told me I could pull up. I saw him leave the window as if he was letting someone know. I pulled up and when I got to the second window they handed me my drink and meal amd I asked this has no mustard no ketchup and that gentleman (very nice, possibly hispanic) said yes it is suppose to. I checked it and it was not so he took it back and this taller slightly heavy African American woman with a headset on behind him told him in a very loud rude voice " tell her to pull up" he apologized and asked me to pull forward I did. At that point my phone rang and after time I looked at my phone and realized I had been sitting there for 22 minutes and there was not one car in the drive thru I thought what the hell they forgot me. I walked in amd the same gentleman at drive thru window 2 came over to me and I said I am still waiting on a cheeseburger no mustard no ketchup. He apologized and yelled back to have them make it right away... the lady with the headset said and I quote "what is this lady f**king retarded?" I then exclaimed no I am not I would just like my cheeseburger. Then she continously rambled about me being retarded. Her words. The Caucasian gentleman that was at the register came out on to the floor to apologize for the behavior or his shift manager. I was floored. That is the shift manager??? He hung his head and apologized again as he could see I was visibly upset by her behavior. Even a gentlemen standing nearby in the dining room left saying he wasn't supporting her paycheck....
Read moreTried to order at the drive through. Isabella was rude and said I couldn't order a double mcchicken. Isabella wouldn't even let me speak with a manager. I went inside and Jania asked if I needed help. When I said I needed help she said she couldn't help me and nobody was at the Frontline. She said I had to use the kiosk. I asked for the manager and Jania became frustrated which I understand because it was a lot going on and she didn't seem to have much support. In the meantime the staff was playing and watching a viral video repeatedly for laughs. The manager came out and explained that I could order a customized double mcchicken. (Which I already knew) Another member of management came out and I explained the situation to him. He apologized. As I was explaining the situation he listened patiently and even requested that onlooking employees mind their business. Both members of management tried to make things right, but by this time I didn't even want the sandwich anymore. My gf was in the car and I didn't want to come back empty handed so I ordered her sandwich and they took care of it as a courtesy. They also gave me a coupon for a free item. This made me feel a little better. If the staff doesn't want to work there they should take employment somewhere else. I'm sure when they want service from other establishments they expect to be treated with respect. They should treat people how they want...
Read moreI was picking up a doordash order for a customer and while I was never greeted by the manager who seemed to have been working both the drive thru and the lobby I patiently waited. As I am waiting, me and other customers in the lobby watched a spring of flies land and crawl on not only the muffins, donuts, and cookies inside the enclosed fixture but also the fries. After watching the manager select a muffin from the fixture to place in a bag that was given to a customer in drive thru I could not help myself but to notify the manager about the issue. She then took a look at the fixture as the flies continued to fly inside of the fixture and her response was "Oh". She then continued to serve customers disregarding this issue. I could not bear to continue my delivery so I notified the customer to make them aware. To walk into a restaurant where you dont feel welcomed when you are not greeted is one thing but to watch a restaurant infested with flies and the manager has no intentions on making customer's health risk a PRIORITY is a whole nother problem. I was so disgusted by this because even though I choose not to eat McDonald's, I have a four year old who does and knowing that a manager is so careless speaks volume. I refuse to allow this establishment to ever serve french flies...
