Horrible. On more than one occasion I've gone there in the early morning hours, i.e. 4-5am. 75% of the time either their "machine is down" (to where you can't even order anything from them), or "they are only taking cash", or they have some other issue going on. In fact, this morning I hesitantly decided to detour on my way to work. I say hesitantly because I had a bad feeling based on their track record. Well, I get up to the window "we are only accepting cash"... so I drive away, spend extra time going to the ATM, and return with cash. Then I place my order...then I wait for a response....... "ummmm...... hold on"..... after about 60 seconds I'm finally given my total and drive to the window, cash in hand. This joy only lasted a moment though. Once I got to the window, I was informed that they didn't have any McMuffins... they only had biscuits and mcgriddles... So, the main breakfast rush is about to begin, and THEY DONT HAVE A KEY BREAKFAST ITEM. I suppose it was too much trouble to tell me all of this up front, or at least before giving me my total and telling me to drive around. I was very displeased so I cancelled the order and drove away. On my way to work I called the store and asked for the manager. "She's busy....".... OH REALLY. The manager is too busy at 4am to get on the phone. After I got off the phone I pulled into a competent McDonald's closer to work that truly is 24/7 as they advertise and doesn't always have massive problems. This particular one has absolutely horrendous service and apparently is run by incompetent people that falsely advertise you can receive...

I don't have unreasonably high standards for customer service I usually understand that people have lives outside of work and they can have bad days. That being said Not only did they block up their door early after I placed an in store pickup order with no note or indication of why. But after waiting the long wait for the drive-thru I found that they lost our order. After asking the manager why it was locked up she very bluntly and all apologetically just said that she decided to close up because they were cleaning. After repeated attempts they could not find our order. They even asked to see the order on my boyfriend's phone and proceeded to take his phone from him and walk around with it. At this point it had been 30 minutes. We finally received our order after they had to remake it and it was still missing items but at this point we weren't going to drive all the way through the line to get our order. People were getting out of their cars because of how long it was taking. It should also be noticed when I was handed the order instead of any apologies for how long it took or for losing the order in the first place and we received a very brief and in courteous "your welcome" before having the window shut on us. Read moreThey have a staff that reflects the behavior of an 3 day old baby. They are incompetent and rude. The kiosk works more effective than the cashiers themselves. I ordered a McPick 2 6 pc nuggets with bbq sauce and small fries. It took them 20 minutes to serve this meal to me. Upon receiving she forgot to add the sauce I paid for and unpolitely it threw it in the bag. The fries were drenched with oil, as if they directly threw it in the bag without giving it a proper drain from excess oil. Disgusting!
They are lazy and ill mannered, they need to be retrained for the sake of good customer service and food safety. They are unprofessional and have poor hygiene to clean food service and need to be reevaluated for a food handlers card. They shouldn't be in this type of business if they aren't qualified for an easy mediocre job. If this job is too hard for them, perhaps they should try being a freelance sign flipper/holder. This place is a P.O.S.
Granted it's a nice location, looks high end but it's ran by a bunch of stoned idiots that forget where they are. Even the managers don't give a rat's behind about their patrons....
