I bought a crispy chicken sandwhich meal around 11:15PM on 8/14/2022 and I was so disappointed when I got home and was ready to eat. The sandwich was only the chicken and the bread looking so nasty. What happen to the 🍅 lettuce and mayonese? My calls to report it to the manager are futile. That's very low of you guys to decide your customer like that. I need my money back!!!! Customer make sure you check your food before you leave the store. They are very dishonest!
I called to speak with the manager. The girl who I spoke to answered "How may I help you"? I said good night. She repeated "How may I help you?" I said good night agian because I could believe that's how someone answers a work call with so much aggression and rudeness. I said may I speak to the manager. She said I am the manager here, what do u want? She had so much attitude. I said you need to listen and she went off and hung up on me. I need to speak to her boss. She needs proper training. You cannot take anything and make them be a manager. All customers are not ill-mannered and display her level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was there 4:00am, drove up to the drive thur, to hear cash only drive to the second window, waiting their a while this young lady in dreads, watching her put away napkins, go and get cups, put them away, while the entire time, I'm waiting at the window. I blew horn, she never acknowledge me, for about 3 to 5 mins, getting angry, drove back around, to be told the same thing, which to my reply I was just there, she apologized and said pull to the 2nd window, cash only. again waiting, while watching the same lady, mopping the floor, right by the window, no eye contact, totally ignoring me. I'm just looking at her. Then 2 other cars pulled up, I'm still waiting, just to see how long it would take them before they would take my order. Well no one never came to take my order, so after another 3 to 5 minutes, again. Read moreAt first visit I did not like the service, because they tried to "make" me place my order at that kiosk! I find that the kiosk is a silly invention that someone thought of to get rid of "human" employees in hopes that the "robot/kiosk" will catch on and therefore, the establishment will not have to "pay" a human to take the orders. I declined the suggestion to use that thing, for which the young lady offered to guide me through it, but I said "no, thank you". I personally feel that it is a total waste of time because you still have to get in line to pay the one human register if you didn't use a credit card at the kiosk! The place is huge, and you have a variety of seating arrangements.
