Nando's PERi-PERi — Restaurant in Maryland

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Nados Peri Peri, which has left me quite disheartened and frustrated. The issues began with the staff, who were unprofessional and rude, talking disrespectfully to us as customers. When we tried to voice our concerns, the situation only got worse.

We approached the manager, hoping for a resolution and expecting a level of professionalism and empathy. Unfortunately, the manager displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing our concerns. Instead of listening to us and taking appropriate action, the manager was dismissive and made us feel like our feedback was irrelevant.

Despite our repeated attempts to explain the situation and the unacceptable behavior of the employees, the manager offered no apologies, solutions, or assurance that the issue would be dealt with. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them, which is incredibly disappointing for a business that relies on customer loyalty and word of mouth.

The poor handling of the situation by the manager and the disrespectful behavior of the staff have ensured that I will not be returning to Nados Peri Peri. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes significant changes to their customer service approach to prevent other customers from experiencing such disregard and...

Went there for the first time. Was a good experience. The guy in the front took the time to explain how the sauce is prepared. I liked that since I like to know about the 'food-prep!' The chicken was good, but the cause was awesome! The girl was very friendly and let me try all the sauces. Loved the lime flavored sauce. The 'medium' heat was perfect for me to taste the food along with the flavor. The 'hot' was a little more hot than I like. Price wise not bad, but it's not a weekly thing. It's also not for fast-food lovers because Nondo's items cost more because of its preparation time. It's definitely worth it if you know about food. I can't wait to go back to try something else. January 19th, 2021 Went there again today and got some food to be disappointed greatly! Omg! The chickens, peppers, and onions were not done! It's like a salad in a skewer. lol I had to cook the food. See the pictures. You will see the difference. They didn't even give me sauce like last time, but luckily I bought three bottles. They were nice, but need to be trained. It could be dangerous to serve not properly cooked food. Hope they have a licensed food...

Poor service, macho peas taken off the menu, and drink machines with half the options unavailable and that smell like they haven't been cleaned in months. Ordered the shareable 24 wings (and chips platter), the only 24 wing platter option on the menu. Once the food arrives, it turns out they entered the order as a 24 wing platter that doesn't come with chips, which, again, isn't even an option on the menu. I go up to the counter to point this out and the staff at the register tells me it was his mistake and he'll bring some out on the house after I say I'll go ahead and order and pay for chips. Then, after I get back to my table, he comes up and tells me "Actually the manager told me if you want the chips you'll have to pay for them." At this point, it's not even about the chips; I'll just not come back to Nando's if their service at 5pm in an empty restaurant is this poor. The wings tasted ok, but there are better options nearby. I'll consider the $1 Peri mayo that I successfully ordered to go with the chips that I unsuccessfully ordered...
