As all other reviewer. this columbia location was the worst store in all of the locations that I have purchased my cakes. I live in OM but because all of my friend, family and relatives are living and working in columbia. I have been using this location for quite over 2 years. However, every single purchase or order of the cakes at this location, they always made mistakes. the customer service is horrible, rude and extremely unfriendly. non of them from owner to employees are all behave in the unprofessional manner and unethical. The most recent purchase was the worst experience that I was encountered. Purchased 1 cake for my friend birthday and two for myself. I asked the lady label the one that I purchased for my friend and sealed it. She placed the label on all wrong. I was a little bit of rush due to my doctor appointment. On the way I was heading to the doctor office, I was a little curious stopped on the road and check each bag. Sure enough, the cashier labeled on wrong. I turned back to the store and asked her to relabel correctly. She peeled off the old label and placed back in each bag and of course they looked so nasty. She even provided no apology. Also guess what, the time I opened the bag and my friend opened the bag to look at the cakes, all of the icing was smashed on the container and they all looked disgusting. They made me feel so embarrassing and horrible in front of my friend. I don't know how to explain to her. They made me feel like I got the old cake for her. I tried to fill out the survey to bring up my concern. The owner of this store first contacted me by email and expressed the fake apology and lied to me that he is going to make it right for me "Hello Jenny,

However, when I took a picture of my receipt sending over to him, he ignored and never response again. Such a jerk and behave so extremely unprofessional and ignorant guy. I waited and waited for almost nearly 2 weeks, he still never and ever acknowledge about received my receipt per his requested. I tried to reach out to him several times but of course my concerns were disregard.
Finally, I wrote him this note
This is Jenny. Just want to confront your unprofessional and unethical behavior. If you are the manager and you lied to customers. So, I feel nothing else I can say about you and your employees. You don't behave in a professional manner. That is the reason your employees are influenced by your misbehavior and treating the customers in a disrespectful manner as well. I didn't ask for your courtesy offer of store credit and a replacement order to earn my business. You are the one initiating the offer. It's not about the store credit or the replacement order. It's about your professional behavior.
As an owner and a professional, I just hope he should acts in the professional manner and care about his business ( you would think). However, he is CARELESS.
Please be very very careful who you choose to do the business with and please choose wisely. Please don't trust the owner of this NBC location in Columbia of MD.
Certainly, I am not only never and ever go back to this location. All of my friends, my co-workers and relatives will not use this store at this location.
Please stay far and far away from this NBC location. I will start use OM location. The owner and all of the employees at this location are so kind, so courtesy, friendly and nice. They all treat you with respect and dignity.
