I was disappointed in the service of this establishment today. I have always found comfort in coming here and getting my pizza for when my friends come over. Today I called twice before going to the restaurant, the first time to ask about the policy on military discounts, and the second time to order the food. When I ordered the food via phone call I even asked the guy on the phone if they had military discounts and he said they do. When I went to pick up my pizzas at PJs, I was not greeted very nicely. I asked if they had any military discounts and the lady acted as if I was insulting her. She was rude and told me they did not have any military discounts, then proceeded to ask someone in the back, Iâm assuming it was the manager but he also said they had no discount. This discouraged me, I still took my pizzas but was very disheartened on how everything went down, I did not feel welcome or wanted in there, nor did I feel appreciated. I will sadly not be returning. And I will be telling all of my buddies not to go to this evil establishment, I can vouch for them being liars and not good...
   Read moreI placed an order via the website this evening and I ordered a large 3 topping pizza. To my surprise I had a $10 papa reward. My purchase came to approximately a little over $10 and I left the driver a $10 tip. When I opened my box, I literally had no toppings on my pizza. There were 12 jalapeĂąos and 8 pieces of pineapple and barley any cheese. I am not someone that complains, but I felt like this should not have went unnoticed. I contacted the store and the young lady I spoke was rude, left me on hold for about 5 minutes and when she returned to the phone, stated that the toppings I ordered , they were low on and I said cheese too! She proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and placed me back on hold and didnât return to the phone. A simply phone call could have been made and informed me that they were low on their supplies to fulfill my order and I would have cancelled.    Read moreI just got home with my 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza and it is not a pizza. Well technically I guess but it is just bread and sauce and some pepperonis with so little cheese it almost isnât there at all. Shelby was pretty rude and made me wait and even with the lack of cheese, this pizza tastes like it was sitting. VERY disappointed. Oh yeah, the young man who came out of the back to help wasnât wearing a mask so Shelby said, âput on a maskâ and tossed one to him. It hit the floor and she picked it up and handed it to him. Oh and she wrote her mask below her nose and wasnât wearing gloves. SMH
Oh I forgot one thing that I just felt was odd business practice. There is a cooler in front holding the beverages. Big sign that says âNo employee (driver, in store, manager) is to take any 20oz soda from the cooler.â Signed, Shelby.
