Ordered a Chicken Steak & Cheese 8' (no tomatoe), to-go.

Upon walking back to my office, and opening the wrapped sandwitch, the bread was soaked as if dipped in water. After looking at the slice line which seperated the two sandwich halves, I could clearly see minced particles of a very dark something that was not a part of my order. [Hints of bad sanitation and possibly cross contamination of raw and cooked meets].

The "Chicken" in my sandwitch looked like slop slapped on bread with cheese. [where do you get the stuff you call "chicken" because its not".]

At this point I chose my life, and well being over this below standard sandwitch and the weird smell that came with it. (I suspect you guys do not eat the same lunch you serve).

To the trash it went, with a personal kick in my own pance vow to not let that happen again.

Pizza Boli's maybe other items are your thing and not steak and cheese alternatives. If you can't do a menu item right/ or even a justified attempt then DONT SELL IT! to unsuspecting victim's (that is what you are turning customers into victims).

Now I'm out of my lunch money. Feeling bullied by the Boli.

I ordered my food on the app. I always have difficulty with the main page of the app. It never shows the coupons. The cost of the food seems to be more than that of Domino's but doesn't exceed the quality of Domino's, which is saying something. They did not cut my pizzas all the way through as seen in the pics. This is not the only time this has happened. I ordered no tomatoes, and received tomatoes on my salad, see pic. Pizza bolis is always very fast with their delivery. This time I decided to pick it up. Be sure to park in the back of the shopping center. I parked in front. Thecstairs ate in the center of the building and smell of urine. The restaurant itself smells like any pizza parlor. There is seating but only to wait. There were two gentlemen there when I walked in. Both did not acknowledge me for a good five min. One was on the phone and the other seemed like he was puttering around the kitchen area. Eventually he asked if I was there to pick up. He was unable to find my order at first. I showed him the app and then he suddenly found it. I ordered extra pineapple and extra pepperoni, both an upcharge. I would hate to see what the regular amount would be. The "extra" barely was a normal amount ar other pizza joints. The garlic bread and western fries were both adequate, but much smaller than before. The whole experience was pretty lackluster. I used to eat here regularly and had a 5 star review posted for years, but earlier this year everything seemed to suddenly change, and not for the better. They changed all their staff, built a new wall to block vision of the kitchen, which you used to be able to see, and the new staff seem like nice enough people but also seem to no longer be able to speak English, which makes it difficult to communicate.

I tried them anyway, and they got the order wrong. A few weeks later, I tried again. This time, they forgot my order completely. They didn't even start it when I arrived to pick it up, when I walked in, there were no orders being made, no smell of food, just one guy who was not working and who seemed surprised to see me walk in. I said I had placed an order half an hour ago, he seemed very surprised by this, and went over and pulled the receipt from his computer and looked at it for what I assume was the first time, I asked if he had even started making it, and he didn't understand my question because he didn't speak English, but he knew the word "cancel" so I just asked to cancel it.

I won't eat here anymore, and don't recommend anyone else does either. Mama Lucia's up the road is pretty good, I would go...
