Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

On 3/6/23 I ordered a simple order, medium, thin crust, pizza meat, lovers with extra cheese. I was told the pizza that was delivered by DoorDash 20 minutes before the guy showed up, when the guy showed up, it was the wrong order. I wasted almost an hour, trying to call Pizza Hut to find out what was going on at asked them if they could fix it. All Pizza Hut did was transfer me on the phone and then hang up on me or send me right back to the call center so I had to start over. If you want a pizza, do not order it from Pizza Hut, order it from wherever you need to order it from, but do not ever order it from Pizza Hut in this town. They are incompetent, lazy and will not try to provide any kind of decent customer service. I have contacted my credit card company and I am disputing the charge. I really do not believe the Pizza Hut in this area is capable of delivering a pizza without...

The delivery driver held the pizza vertically at some point and the pizza was all squished into one side. The side of pizza keeps getting smaller and smaller. I've not had any success recently with the three big pizza places. They are all using Door Dash now for delivery and those individuals don't care about his the food is handled or how quickly it gets to you. Additionally if you don't pump up the tip for the drivers they don't take your order (this is from a friend who did door dash for a while).

Also, theres almost always a delivery fee. The $15 pizza I picked out becomes $27 after all the stupid fees and the crazy tip I have to give to get the damned thing to me.

I'm not opposed to giving the door dash person their money, but WHY is Pizza Hut charging a delivery fee?! Cause they handed to to the driver?!

. I ordered a large cheese pizza on the website with lite sauce and extra cheese. I didn’t mean to order carry out I wanted delivery so I called the store once and it rang several times. I then proceeded to call 6 more times with no answer on the phone after pressing #3 on the phone to speak with a store customer to change it to delivery status. With no luck my carry out order was finished anyways so I got in my car and drove to the Taylor ave location in Parkville Md. I walk in and there’s one person that’s being waited on. The phone sitting right next to the cash register. I got my pizza and went back home. Opened the pizza and it did not have lite sauce on it or extra cheese. It looked like a whole can of sauce was dumped on the pizza especially near the crust. Horrible display of customer service. I will not be ordering Pizza Hut...
