Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

It's about 9:30pm in OC MD. I'm a local and although I love lots of the local flavors, most places around here close at like 8 or 9. My daughter and I were really hungry and was on our way to a well known Mexican grill chain in west o. "Closed".. next door at the west-o chicken sandwich place that has pretty good food, had an all to familiar 40 car line to get in.. no thanks. I thought let's try Popeyes the new chicken sandwich sounded pretty good but I hadn't had it yet and ordered extra food in case.. Sorry for the long message to basically say "Dang"! Little to no line, food was hot, came out relatively quick, the guy at the window seemed to be having a good time (at work) and the price was a really good value. I'm not one to always leave a review on every decent experience I have and I'm sure after this one, Google will be prodding me for more reviews on the last 20 places I've been today (annoying) but that's ok. I really just wanted to say thank you Popeyes for exceeding my expectations and making a late night hangry dad very happy. 👍👍 Two thumbs up! I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries/cole slaw/drink for me and my daughter. The female server acted very rude when asked for the ranch sauce for my daughter. But in the end, they did bring it to her. And please be careful, I also ordered the caramel apple cheesecake cup, the first one had a cracked lid that wouldn’t even fit/close so I did ask for a different one. The female server didn’t really want to exchange it but eventually she brought another one and I found out later when I got home (2 1/2 hrs away) that the 2nd cup was not only cracked but that the shards of plastic had landed inside with the cheesecake. The sad part is I didn’t find out until I started eating it. It wasn’t too expensive but that $4.02 was definitely not worth the worry of choking on plastic. And I did have to ask twice for a different cup because the cups had grime and dirt around the rim and inside, the server did see it the second time and opened a different pack. I love Popeyes. But this one is west oc is definitely lacking. 1st incident my spicy chicken sandwich that I got around 3pm was definitely old. The bun was stale in parts and the chicken was much drier than usual. 2nd incident I ordered online and got to the Popeyes when it said it should be ready they said pull forward and they accidentally made me an extra drink which is good but the food took an extra 18mins (I was checking the clock) which seemed odd and they forgot a Mac and cheese that was on the receipt and gave me the blackened chicken sandwich without cheese and bacon like I ordered. 3rd incident today I ordered on the mobile app and I double checked receipt that I ordered a bacon cheese spicy chicken sandwich no pickle, I got the no pickle spicy chicken but again no cheese or bacon even though I ordered and paid for it.
