I’m super disappointed in this location and will never come back. I have gone to Qdoba for YEARS and never had a problem asking for rice WITHOUT Cilantro. The workers never had a problem with it and would go to the back to get fresh rice WITHOUT cilantro. My family doesn’t like the taste and it ruins the whole meal with it. I asked the nice young man who was the only one who looked like he was at an actual job and tried to see if they had some in the back. While all the others are laughing, on their phones, and doing absolutely nothing. A girl came out with the BIGGEST attitude, “we don’t do that, we’ve never have since I’ve been here”, along with the rolling eyes. I tried to say that’s weird, I’ve always ordered that. And she then said Oh well then walked away. The young man did try his best to be nice to me. The food TASTES AWFUL!!! The black beans had hard pieces and could tell they were sitting for a while. The chicken was cold. The sour cream tasted super sour… I couldn’t finish my burrito after four bites, it was so bad. My husband couldn’t even eat his bowl. $20 worth of food THROWN away!!! I should’ve walked away after the attitude, but chose to still order because we were looking forward to having Qdoba, HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Never going here again…. DO BETTER QDOBA!!! You shouldn’t put a strong herb in rice unless you have a substitute, which you guys used to do for me. NOT everyone like cilantro and you can still eat your stuff WITHOUT it. No reason to have it mixed into one of the main...
Read moreWent there for dinner on a Sunday 730. Place was a mess, didn’t have anything stocked or cooked. Asked for a taco salad with shell, was told there weren’t making any.. ok. Went to get a burrito, asked about price.. line worker gave me an apathetic “I dunno” with his boxers half out his uniform.. ok thanks. Rice, beans, meats, more than half empty, with rice and beans all over the place. Got the last of the brown rice and a scoop of beans and chicken... no peppers.. asked how long for peppers and they said they weren’t making them anymore.. ok. Worker then noticing the manager just putting it on stove, 10 mins I’m told, asked if I wanted to wait.. Ok.. not waiting for peppers while my burrito is getting colder on the table top. I ask for queso on my burrito and they go to put the spicy queso on with two completely empty regular queso containers racked up and I ask if they have the original working.. the worker tells me that they called for it and it’s been 20 mins.. the manager then just jumped in and says it’s going to be another 12-15 mins.. I had to leave.
Terrible customer service, unclean, unprepared and not working towards stocking. Management and team should’ve been proactive or at least should’ve offered something besides a half hearted apology.
Honestly, I love qdoba. I will never go to chipotle bc the food is far superior at qdoba.. but I will never return to this...
Read moreThe past few times that I have gone to Qdoba I have really enjoyed the food and the big portions they serve compared to Chipotle. Yesterday, my experience at Qdoba left a sour taste in my mouth. My boyfriend had ordered before me and was going to pay for my meal, so when he said that he would be paying for my bowl, instead of asking the person making the bowl what was in it, the cashier rang in that it was a bowl with double steak. I did not order double steak, just their regular sized portion. After my bowl was made, my boyfriend showed me his receipt, and I was confused why there was an extra charge for steak. I asked the cashier to clarify, and they said that it did indeed state that he was charged for double steak. I told the employee that I never asked for double steak, and both I and the employee looked over to the person who made the bowl, and I could tell the employees knew they messed up. The employee offered to have the bowl remade, and before I could respond, my boyfriend told me not to worry about it, and we proceeded on with our day. The employee who I spoke with was not very friendly about how they made a mistake and I do not understand why they could not just offer to refund the double steak because I should not have to pay for something I did not ask for. Honestly, I will probably not be returning to Qdoba for awhile and will get a burrito...
