Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Towson

As always I ordered a Cob Salad w/no meat and I repeatedly specified NO MEAT. Once I retrieved my order the first thing I noticed was a pile of Bacon on my salad. I immediately told the young lady associate that I ordered my salad without meat she looked at me and stated THIS IS BACON AND THIS IS NOT MEAT…. I explained to the lady I haven’t eaten any meat in over 5 years and I didn’t want any meat on my salad. I requested a new salad be prepared without any meat at all. She took the salad and stated she would get a manager, the manager never came to my vehicle, after a while of sitting there waiting patiently the associate returned with a new salad without meat and continued to convince me that “Bacon isn’t meat and the people preparing the food are children who don’t understand what NO MEAT MEANS” I explained to her this should never happen. I ordered through the drive thru and did not receive what I ordered. This is my second experience here and I cannot come back. I would normally chalk it up to just opening but this was not a good experience. I ordered a Cobb salad no cheese and there was cheese in it, ordered an 8 piece nugget with Polynesian sauce no Polynesian even though it was on the receipt and then ordered a frozen lemonade and that wasn’t on the receipt and when I told the young lady she was not at all moved but casually asked if I wanted to get one. I actually am in food service and manage multiple units and considered going to another location which is further from my residence but I gave this one a chance. This chick fil a does not come close to the other chick fil a on Joppa rd. This place is disappointing they’ve messed up my order many times before not giving me a gluten free bun with my food, giving me the wrong items, etc. today was the last straw! I ordered hashbrown bowl with sausage no hashbrowns bc I’m allergic they did take the hashbrowns out but gave me one little corner of egg & 2 small strips of sausage….. this did not even fill the bottom of the bowl I basically ate less than an appetizer for breakfast. Will not becoming here again they got kids in here that can’t make food right or either give u such small portions u would think it’s coming out their paycheck! I will start back going to the other location on Joppa...
