I hate to even write this review because many years ago when the location was across the street this was my very first job. I worked my way up to assistant manager and was there for a number of years. We must have had higher standards back then. I rarely visit Roy's, almost 10 years of eating it non stop I guess will do that to you. We decided to visit tonight, at around 9pm. An hour before closing. Not many patrons in the establishment and even less in the drive through. Normally, not having to wait long for fast food is a blessing. Unless of course it is off peak hours. If I was able to order 3 rounded up meals, 2 of which being goldrush, which I know a freshly made sandwich takes over 5 minutes to make start to finish, and pull out of there with virtually no wait( all we waited for was the vanilla shake to be made) then I know the food was in the warmer. I expect so much better. And to pay over $30, we couldnt even eat the fries, threw them out. The sandwiches were luke warm at best. Sad to say, doubt I will be feeling nostalgic anytime in the forseeable future. Shame on you Roy's,...

Before I sat back down, the lady, previous;y mentioned, quickly confronted me, with great concern and wanted to know if my table was dirty? I stated that I was just looking for napkins and the table was fine. With in seconds, she brought me a handful of napkins, WITHOUT me asking. The level of customer satisfaction and "servant" attitude towards customers has dramatically decreased in the past 10 years. However, it still alive and well at the Roy's...
