Grocery Outlet — Local services in Halfway

This is the most incredible grocery store I've ever come across, and the staff are the friendliest I've ever encountered! I am able to eat organic frozen fruit for less than it costs to buy conventional frozen fruit anywhere else; same goes for anything else Grocery Outlet stocks. What's so unique to Grocery Outlet is the broad selection of NOSH (natural, organic, sustainable, health food) items for sale. We can purchase the highest quality foods at a fraction of the cost. Do look at the expiration dates, because sometimes they can be imminent, but totally worth the unbelievable deals available. Lastly, the friendly staff makes you feel like you're part of the family... something I've never experienced at any...

Took my broccoli out the bag with her dirty hands after she touched money n laid it on the dirty scanner , and when I ask about it was very rude ! How is this there protocol ? No gloves ? Could have sanitized the scanner before putting my broccoli on the scanner !! Called spoke to the manager n was told broccoli comes in dirty anyway I should be cleaning my broccoli at home ..but there is so many stuff going around ! Need to do better with the produce ! Dirty hands millions ppl touch the money then her hands touch my broccoli but I’m in the wrong !better business bureau is going to be called n health department...

The organic produce here is always bad. I have returned clearly bad onions, kale, and celery here twice and been harassed by the owner. She told me the onions werent bad and not to question her because shes the owner. She told me i could complain to the co owner (her husband) but no one will do anything. Ive been in this store at least at least 10 times and the organic produce is always terrible. The woman owner is horrendously unprofessional and takes no accountability that this store consistently sells very bad organic produce. The first time i returned bad produce i saw the owner put the kale right back...
