The manager Robbie contacted me this morning, after discussing the issues and grievances I had with my experience with the product I purchased, he was very gracious and found a way to make it right. I am more then completely happy with the resolution, and they even returned my spent loyalty rewards points in the for of additional credit. All things considered, disappointment in specifically in the product aside. All was made right, and I am once again a very very satisfied customer. Thank you Robbie for your fast response, professionalism, and willingness to make it right. You sir are a gentleman and a scholar.

Normally i have nothing but good things to say about Rise especially this location. Great staff so dont let this shine negatively on them. But today i have issues. My order: It was supposed to be shake, instead I have a bag full of trim leaf, the only thing this provides is a killer headache....

Just really disappointed and dissatisfied, i just spent 80 plus tax for trim.... I've gotten shake before and yeah it had some leaves in it.... but this; is no good.

Wow. First 4,300 reviews alone for a dispensary? So this was my first visit to Rise, first Maryland dispensary and 4th recreational dispensary. Definitely the most modern, upscale, and staffed one yet. It's like the Chick-Fil-A of dispensaries.

I arrived right before closing 9:50pm Sunday evening... was worried I wouldn't be let in, but customers have until 10:30pm inside. I walked in and had to provide my ID to a staff member before being allowed to enter the sales area. There is an enter and exit door you can't see beyond.

Upon entering I was directed to a self serve kiosk by a new staff member. There were still about 10 customers shopping, and around 20 employees.

The kiosk is great- you are able to browse and filter the extensive selection. I just ordered edibles- 10pk 10mg guava passionfruit sativa gummies. Then you proceed to the front counter to show ID again and pay. Kiosk said $20, I ended paying $15. Forgot to ask if it was cheaper with cash or if there was a new customer discount.

Like the fast food comparison, staff prepares your order in the back and cashier/checkout staff gets it from a staging area. I was very impressed with their operations.

Only issue would be waiting, so time it right if you can.. 2 hours to sit in a drivethrough...
