Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

Not many Starbucks located inside Target impress me due to the limited offerings. This Starbucks, albeit the condensed menu, has exceeded my expectations due to the awesome customer service and the drinks are always on par.

I appreciate the extensive knowledge of the staff and the pep in their step----YEEEESSSSS, act like you love your job and want to sell that coffee honey! Seating and condiment areas are normally clean and stocked. Huge plus.

This place is discussing, and after finding out from the staff that they don’t really clean the equipment correctly and the fact that some of the stuff that they have there is either expired and they still utilize it. They will hand you the wrong order in the drive through and then make you wait 30 more minutes to give you the correct order. They have no sense of urgency Whatsoever and they do not pay attention to simple directions. I asked for my drink upside down and watched her make it wrong the second time. I wasted AN HOUR for one drink that wasn’t even made correctly. I would have been better off going to the Starbucks...
