Went there to get a sub. Made the wrong order, went home opened the box wrong. Called the assistant manager answered, apologized and said I needed to bring back the order they will make me the right one…annoyed but ok I get it. I drive back and front cashier who is also assistant manger admits he made the mistake. I ask him/tell him because of the inconvenience I should keep the mess up order and to PLEASE make me what I ordered. He goes onto I need to call the owner. Dude you’re the manager make an executive decision! Otherwise you’re not the manager…I digress. I ask him if he’s just going to throw it away he tells me yes. I say that is such a waste, and once again because your mistake I should be compensated and a friendly gesture of good customer service. His owner tells him he cannot do it.
To the owner: you do not know how to treat your customers and a simple gesture of making it right for the customer would gone a long way here. Pennies for you and a satisfied customer but instead you wanted to feel like you won good job. I’ll be forwarding this to...
Read moreSandwich was as remembered haven't been to a firehouse in sometime. I decided to eat my sandwich in the parking lot with my family when my wife and daughter made mention of having to use the restroom I suggested they go inside. The time was approximately 8: 37 PM on Sunday evening. When the patron who told me his name was "Max" however the receipt said that his name was "Lee" told my wife that the bathroom were locked. I went into the store and asked him for clarification. Why are the bathrooms locked and the establishment is still open? Lee /Max would then go on to tell me that the bathrooms close at 8 and the store closes at 9. I was then forced to take wife and my 3year old to the Safeway down in the shopping center. I would possibly understand if we were not paying customers however this wasn't the case. I'm baffled is this a normal practice?? Is this what...
Read moreAfter hearing about Firehouse and seeing commercials me and my wife decided to give it a try. Visited the Owings Mills location since we were in immediate vicinity after doctor's visit. Purchase a medium NY Steamer & large cheese steak. Honestly both sandwiches were sadly misrepresented & under achieved for what was charged. The scarcity of meaningful amount of meat or fixings was very evident, taste was average at best and fixings were not to be found. Look more like a flat bread sandwich. Is this some sort of cost recovery due to Covid-19 losses by reducing volume of sandwiches. This reminds me when they reduced 1/2 GL orange juice to 59 ozs. There is no similarity between what you advertise and what was paid for ($20.34). I could not honestly recommend or revisit. I have visited non franchise sub locations that put yours to shame for cost & value...just...
