Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Maryland

The best thing this place offers is the flat screen TVS because when it comes to the food, drinks and service it is absolutely HORRIBLE. I visited on 07/17/21. I was greeted by the young men at the front which was the nicest part of my experience. I sat in the bar area. Waitress comes over never introduces herself just says would you like a drink. How rude right. I ordered a honey jack and coke and when it arrived I tasted it and realized the bartender had to be inexperienced. The drink tasted like a flat soda. I began to watch the bartender as she was making other drinks and I noticed she wasn't using the proper measurements for the alcoholic beverages. Instead she poured very little alcohol and loaded the glass with ice and juices. I purposely asked for another drink with no ice just to see how it would be made. The bartender looked at me as if what I ordered was a problem and immediately displayed attitude. She grabbed the bottle of jack turned it over for a hot second and overloaded my glass with soda yet again. I tasted my drink it was once again horrible. I watched as many servers brought back drinks to the bar where their customers were also dissatisfied. The bartender gave them attitude each and every time. I then ordered a double shot. I don't know how my double shot ended up being a quarter filled of a standard shot glass. Lol. The bartender needs to be fired. From her appearance to her attitude and lack of service it shouldn't be acceptable. Moving on to my food. I ordered boneless wings. We'll to my surprise they came out hard and far too crispy. I saw a female cook come out multiple times to talk to the girl at the bar. I told my server the food and drinks were absolutely horrible. She told the bartender what I had said and they both just stared me down. Sooo unprofessional. The manager on duty is a more seasoned lady. She seems to be running a charity instead of holding her employees accountable. I walked right by her on my exit and instead of a thanks for coming in have a great evening. She stood with a group of employees having casual conversations. I wouldn't never return to this establishment. For a Saturday night at 9pm and the pace is Empty. I see why. The service and quality is so bad it's not worth...

After being in the building for more than an hour and 40 minutes, we've left still hungry and very upset.

It started with the host stand being unmanned, and at least 1 staff member told us to wait until he returns before going back in the kitchen. A different staff member then came and asked us how many. The dining area next to the host stand was completely empty, so I didn't think it was too busy here. This was about 10 minutes before being walked to our table.

We then sat at our table for another 10 minutes before putting in drinks, and another 10 minutes before getting to put in our order. This means after half an hour we had only been seated and been given drinks before starting our food orders. By this point I saw there qere no more than 30 people total at the bar and dining area being assisted by at least 3 servers.

We then sat around for 45+ minutes waiting for our food to be delivered. We started to lose patience near the end as we saw tables seated after us getting their food (more than ours was by the way) before us. We asked our server to cash us out and were told "just give me a minute" before she walked to 3 of her other tables to take orders/check on them. Before we decided to simply leave we saw 2 other tables get more food than we had ordered as well. We decided to get up and leave. Our 1.5 year old was beyond fed up even after waiting so long, and we knew we could hold out anymore.

I told the person manning the takeout counter just to cover us (since the irony would be our food was coming out when we left) and to voice what was happening/how we felt. My family heard some servers outside taking a break complain about being short staffed and how it was making things difficult.

I don't know if there needs to be more training or what, but super upsetting with how long everything took and the envy that others seemed to be getting better service than us only made things worse.

Seeing servers bring their own food made me feel like there needed to be generic food runners or even someone on expo so servers didn't have to do it all on their own, but it doesn't feel like that's a priority for...

This Buffalo Wild Wings has the WORST service I’ve ever had!! We - a family of four (2 adults 2 kids) - arrived around 7:15pm and were promptly seated. We waited at least 20 minutes before our waiter came d nteoduced herself and took our drink orders, at which time we also ordered meals for the kids and asked for samples of three sauces so we could remember which one we wanted for our wings, and cheese curds. After another approximate 20 minute wait, our daughter’s meal and the cheese curds were brought out but our son’s (kids menu chicken tenders) were out so we ordered him boneless wings instead. At this time we had to remind her of the samples that we asked for so we could order our wings. Another 10-15minutes goes by before our samples come out at which point the waiter spills one in my girlfriend’s shirt trying to hand it to her instead of placing it on the table like the others. So about 50minutes into our visit we finally order our wings. Although the restaurant was not full or very busy, we waited about 20 more minutes before I told the waiter that it was taking too long and we no longer wanted the wings and only wanted the check. When she come back with the check, they charged us for the chicken tenders and not the jobless wings we received. We brought this issue up and waited another 15 minutes before we decided to leave the money on the table. In an hour and twenty five minutes we only got our kids’ meals, cheese curds, a glass of water and a beer. Not once did our waiter ask if we needed refills, offer us napkins (without us asking) nor give us utensils, nor did we have a manager come to our table to rectify the situation at hand.
