El Cabrito Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

I've been a long time customer but lately and I hate to pull the race card but I sensed Mexican racist THE COOKS not the ladies they are sweet. Today when I pulled up I saw a black lady go in and she was bringing her food back as they must have did something wrong. Well it was their Tuesday special and I ordered three tacos which usually there is a wait but this time it took no more than 3 minutes to get three tacos. When I got home and I looked at that what they threw together I knew some Cooks back there had bad attitudes by what I received and I just sensed it was because of pigmentation and I am not one to pull the race card and I always tip no matter what amount I spend. So It's been a while sense I came ,more with my family I have no idea what happen but it was different The food is not the same I ordered un huarache...it was a tostada and hard and was not good, I remember that it used to be on a normal tortilla mostly on a homemade one, My sister ordered tacos and a quesadilla And her husband also tacos They were cold, and not very good as they used to be. Ordered online and paid for multiple things to be added to my burrito (avocado, cheese, potatoes, sour cream etc.) they didn’t include any of it. I also ordered a quesadilla with beans and chicken- the cheese wasn’t melted AT all and it had no beans. I called the restaurant to try to rectify the issue and they straight up ignored me on the phone. They answered, I explained and then they never said anything else… like they set phone down or something. Terrible experience. Never ordering from here again & the owner should definitely consider reevaluating staffing decisions because I have worked food service for many years and this experience was just ridiculous all around, need...
