This is what you can expect when you order from this location. I have had many, many orders where the special instructions that I paid extra for are not adhered to or partially adhered to. I have ordered drinks that never are included. I have had to contact the delivery service to let them know about all of the problems I have had, so much so I got a email back stating I have had numerous partial refunds and they wanted to make sure I wasn’t just wanting all my money back. The most recent order had 8 orders of nachos with cheese. ALL 8 CUPS OF CHEESE WERE ONLY FILLED 1/4 full. I realize $1.20 is inexpensive but we’re not talking rocket science. The ONLY thing that is consistent with their food is how inconsistent the food preparers are and the lack of interest in providing a good product to the consumer. The amount it costs for the fees, taxes, local fees and tips to get food delivered, which is usually 2 times the amount you would pay if you just picked it up yourself is NOT WORTH the frustration and quality of the food received. Then to have UberEats say I am requesting a refund too many times is just one more reason I won’t order from these knuckleheads again. I don’t know if the delivery service contacts the restaurant and gets reimbursed for their errors but I do know they should. If the only recourse to getting an incomplete order or an order which is paid for but made wrong is contacting customer service then it’s on the delivery service to refund for things I paid for and didn’t get. I’m sure there are people who try to rip off companies but I am not one of them and resent the implication. Read moreEvery Thursday is family night at my home. We always select a local restaurant to get take out. We decided to go to the TB drive thru. I got to the drive thru and was greeted by Nick. Nick took my order. I started with 4 cravings deals. I was ready to add more to my order but Nick said there was something wrong the card machine and I couldn't go over $25. I thought this was odd, but went with it. I proceeded with my second order, which came up to $24. Then I told him I had a third order. He then said I couldn’t place a third order because of a policy which only allows a car to place two orders. I thought this was ridiculous, because I came to the drive thru with the intent to place one order but I couldn’t because a faulty credit machine. When I got to the drive thru, I asked him to hear my perspective as to why I thought he was being incredibly unreasonable. He said it’s policy and then stated he had a line and asked if I wanted any sauces then walked away. He did not attempt to reconcile the issue. The young lady proceeded to give me my food. I asked her if I could please speak to her manager one more time. Nick came back and I said, you’re very rude, I want your bosses number. He said he had a line again and said I could call the store number with any complaints. He slammed the drive thru window in my face and walked away. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. He made me feel singled out and discriminated against. I truly feel like he was lying about the $25 limit as well. Read moreEvery time I go to this Taco Bell they can never get my order correct, whether it be the taking of my order , like missing items or giving me something I didn't want I've rarely have gotten an order the way I ordered it!!!! I love Taco Bell but this is ridiculous, I really think it is time to call customer service and see if they can get this problem fixed. So beware if you order something special order most of the time they screw it up! What!!!! :::; Update: I went back to let management know of my problem and the manager did remake everything on my receipt and this time they made it correct, I can just hope that I won't have that happen again they were apologetic but in the end I just want my food the way I ordered it, there's nothing worse than getting your food home and everything that you order is messed up! Then you have to go back out after your in for the night and get what you paid for the first time corrected so you can finally go home to eat your food!!!!
