Awful!!! My husband and I went to this location on 3.17.18. The first thing I noticed was trash was overflowing in both bin locations. Next, I saw a puddle of standing water that just had a mop next to it and wasn't being cleaned (it did have the caution sign out though). Then there was the long line of people waiting for their food. People were both crowding the waiting area next to the counter and sitting at the tables hoping that their food would arrive soon. When we arrived there were only three people in line waiting to order with two cashiers active and against our better judgement, we decided to stay. The cashier who took our order and the orders before us only did that and nothing more. We didn't get our drinks which is usually done right then. We then had to take a seat and wait for our food as the other waiting customers started to get angry at not receiving their food.
Food for the others came out sporadically as the back appeared to only be fulfilling orders from the drive through. I watched people get random sandwiches they hadn't ordered and no fries. Cups of chili just sat on the counter since the cashier and employees in the back didn't know who it belonged to. By the time half of the previous orders had been somewhat fulfilled, we had waited 25 minutes! The wasn't even a busy line waiting to order and where the employees in the back could have been fulfilling our orders, instead they were doing nothing. I even watched the cashier who had taken our order boast about how she had helped all of us by herself and we STILL didn't have our drinks.
Finally, one of the other customers and I angrily went up to ask for our food. The manager looked incredibly stressed out but realized that her employee hadn't been doing anything but take orders. This same cashier then had the gall to say had she helped us when she hadn't. In response, the manager did a pitiful job of reprimanding this employee by ordering her to help us before any more orders and gave us the standard we're making your food as fast as we can. I then witnessed this employee disregard everything and continue to take orders for new customers who had just walked in.
After 30 minutes, we got our food (a double stack 4 for 4 and baconator fries). We witnessed this restaurant almost shut down at the register due to customer back log which wouldn't have happened if one employee had done the job she was hired for. The restaurant was a disaster and I regret even staying long enough to eat here and we only did cause we really wanted Wendy's.
The Cashier's name was Destiny and Wendy's please rehire or retrain your employees for this location. The service was horrible.
It's not much and I wish I had more photo's but attached is the huge puddle that wasn't being mopped up. It was about a centimeter deep which you can't tell...
Read moreI came here for an Uber eats delivery one time. It was 1:30 in the morning and the line was astronomically long the person at the speaker box ordering food was there for about 10 minutes and there was no one at the pick up window on the other side of the restaurant. So I decided to walk up by foot to the window to see if I can get my UberEats order That way. I was meant by an aggressive, middle-aged woman, who proceeded to yell at me for walking up to the window. She told me I needed to pull up in my car to get the food. So I walked away and still noticed that the same person was at the speaker box trying to order food and still no cars were at the window where you pick up food. I decided to get in my car and back up to the food window, which was only about 15 feet. The same woman opened the door and proceeded to scream at me that I needed to go in line and wait like everybody else and then I couldn’t back up to the window. Previously, she just said I needed to pull up to the window in my vehicle, she said nothing about having to go through the entire drive-through. at this point, I already picked up another UberEats order that was getting cold, and if I waited in line to get the Wendy’s, both of the food orders would’ve been freezing by the time I dropped them off, affecting my score on Uber because people don’t want to eat cold food. Instead of just being nice and kind and giving me my order, I met with hostility, anger, and rudeness. I will never go...
Read moreI had a craving for Wendy’s food yesterday. I hopped in my car and drove to the Wendy’s at Dobbin Center. When I arrived, I noticed there was six cars in the drive-through. I was car number seven for about three minutes. The line did not move. Since there was no one behind me, I backed up, parked, and went inside the restaurant. As soon as I walked in the door, I realize there were two people ahead of me waiting for their food. One gentleman asked for an extra honey mustard.. I guess they had no honey mustard upfront because it took the employee a whole two minutes to find some in the back. When he came back from finding the honey mustard, him and another young man proceeded to finish the other order. This whole time I’m standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence, the manager is upfront cleaning. She had her back to the front line. The whole entire time the drive-through is backed up, no food is leaving the restaurant, and the managers cleaning. I gave up and left without ordering. I spent at least 10 minutes in that restaurant and not one person said” Hello, we’ll be right with you.” I just read an oppressed release that they are going to be testing Uber style pricing I.e. Food will be different prices during certain times of the day! In the world where customer service is fallen into the wayside, and they want to continuously charge more. People we’ve got to put our foot down somewhere. Do not patronize...
