Boston's Pizza Restaurant & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Marysville

11/10/24. Very disappointed. The food was amazing, but we had an awful experience. This was our first time here and we were very excited to try it. The hostess sat us, it took awhile for the server to get our drinks and bring them to us and then about 20+ minutes for her to come back to take our order. All while she was behind us gossiping about the hostess to another table. My husband had to stop a worker and ask for someone to take our order. Every table around us sat AFTER us and received their food/drinks before us and even left before we got a box and bill. We again, had to ask another worker for a box. It is already hard enough to dine out with a 2 year old, waiting this long on food and drinks makes it 10x worse. My husband was trying to distract my 2 year old with a paper airplane made of out the kids menu, it fell on the ground as our server walked by and she picked it up and put it in the trash instead of handing it back or even offering another one. I had to talk my husband out of literally leaving and going somewhere else. We felt more of a burden to this server than anything. Like mentioned to begin with, the food was amazing. And we will more than likely be back, but would not recommend server Heather C. I would also like to mention that I am also a server and usually try to make excuses for other servers, but this was completely unacceptable. Thank you to the great hostess...

This is a very nice restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. The food is pretty good. What I am an torn about in this. They want to put shrimp on all the meals I want to order. I know you can ask for them not to add it. However I am still paying the same price for the shrimp and they do not double the chicken. So I was super disappointed on that. They didn't even add a whole piece of chicken either. So I basically paid 14$ -16$ for pasta. Don't get me wrong the taste was good. But definitely not worth the price if you opt of of either chicken or shrimp.

Lastly, sweet tea. Ya'll come on you can not offer sweet tea and give fake sweet tea. Then charge 3$ for it when I can get the same at the gas station for .99. that's all I think when I get that tea. Gas station tea.

Don't get me wrong. I would and do totally recommend this place. It is super duper fun place. The staff has always been super nice and very attentive. A lot of room and the are adding out to the out side too. The food has a great taste. All around it would be prefect. However I am a tea drinker and not a sea food eater. So it fall just short for me. If we can fix your sweet tea and make the pasta meals a little bit more friendly. Would totally be a 5...

The service was great. The food not so much. We tried the bacon wrapped steak bites for an appetizer. It was tough and chewy. The only way to eat it was to try and cut it thin with your butter knife. Not worth 16.00 We also ordered the pretzel bites. If you didnt like the mustard horsradish dipping sauce you can get a queso cheese dip for $3.00 more. The cheese was cold and already set on top. The french dip sub was not worth the price. The waitress let us know the meat used was prepackaged which showed in the quality of the meat, and the truffle fries that was ordered with it came out cold and way under cooked for a french fry. The chicken and shrimp pasta was VERY delicious and you received a good size portion with lots of shrimp and melt in your mouth chicken. And this plate was hot! Coming in at 20.50 I cant complain to much on the price since it was a good size portion. The vibe there was fun and we arrived 15 minutes before the dinner rush. When we left the place was full so they must have something good. I think next time we will try their pizza if we are in Marysville. But I wont be going out of my way to...
