We decided to get food to go. We have only came here 2 other times and it was over 10 years ago. Will not be back. First lady that started to help us was just fine and polite. She went off to help a table so a blonde girl came to take our order. Not friendly, at all. Didn't want to answer our questions about a noodle dish. She was not clear, not speaking and mumbling responses. It might of been because she didn't know what the dish was, so common practice to do would be to ask another worker. But instead, she acted like we were a burden. We waited 35 minutes for kids spaghetti, a lasagna, cheese bread, and fettuccine. The wait was OK., it was during lunch. Here's the biggest issue I have. The food was disgusting. 2 seperate orders of garlic cheesy bread, and it was all soggy and wet. It was straight mush. None of that was eaten so those were about $14 if I remember correctly. They put the kids spaghetti sideways in the dinky foam container, and half of it spilled out into the bag. All containers had tomato sauce everywhere. The little slice of garlic bread they gave us was soggy and filled with watery tomato sauce. My lasagna was not fresh or homemade. I spent $15 on my lasagna and it was a frozen little slice that you get from safeway which sells for $4. Such a disappointment for a restaurant claiming to be Italian, when it's frozen food and 50% of what you were served is non edible. See attached photos. We could of went to Olive garden, had properly containered items, respectful workers, and great tasting food for less than what we spent on this day. Such a bummer.

I have been to Cristiano’s many times over the years. We normally love their pizza and even though they are a little more expensive because of the loaded topping it seems worth it. Owner/manager is friendly with great customer service. That’s where the experience changed. Last night I ordered a half/half pizza to go. When I got home and opened the box I could see the toppings and especially the cheese were quite uneven. One half was loaded with cheese, the other had very little. Olives were bunched up as well. I called back to mention the disappointment and uneven toppings and whatever staff I spoke with was when the great customer service ended. She said sometimes that happens the cheese slides over to one side. ?? When I asked if there was a possibility they could have some type of discount or credit she said well if I went back they could remake it. At this point driving back in the pouring rain from Lake Stevens keeping family waiting for dinner was not a good option. Asked if there was any other options and was pretty much told no and have a good evening! Thus the limited number of stars. Unusual for this place. May have to stick with Contos in town.

Great Italian food at great prices. Quaint little place. There was a little wait but that’s always the case because it’s a popular place. The pizza and salad deal Is awesome. For $12.95 you get a huge bowl of caesar salad with shrimp, and a personal size (more like small size) pizza. It’s delicious. Amazing fresh hand made thick dough, fresh topping a plenty. I get the “works” and it has everything. You can customize your pizza and choose what toppings you’d like on it. Or you can decide which pre-offered select type of pizzas they make you’d like best. You get a lot of food. We split the food between the two of us and we finish it perfectly. Great pastas and breads! You gotta try Marysville’s best Italian restaurant! Photo is of a pizza from three in a to go box. Bought an extra one for the road it’s that delicious! Oh! And when you’re done, stop by the “Creamery” gelato soft serve make your own sundaes and bakery store right down two stores down. There you can serve yourself various soft serve gelato and there are tons of toppings to choose from. You pay based on weight. Great bakery items as well. Check it out!! Great for kids!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you know what's good for you DO NOT EAT AT CHRISTIANO'S IN MARYSVILLE!!! The person I was with got a piece of tape with dirt and hair stuck to it IN HIS MOUTH from the pitcher of strawberry lemonade that was poured into our cups. Then he was told by our "waitress" to get over it and that "it was just a piece of tape" she then walked off without doing anything about it. I told her that I no longer wanted my strawberry lemonade and she told us how ridiculous we were, that she cant believe that we actually think that the tape touched all the strawberries in the pitcher and that we were lame and wusses because we couldn't handle tape in our drinks! She came back mumbling obscenities under her breath and I asked her if she was really talking s** to us and said that we were never eating here ever again and she told told us she didn't care and took away the pizzas we ordered. As I was walking out, I asked for the manager and started to tell her what just happened, she told me there was nothing she could do about it because our waitress was the OWNER!!! The owner then came up to me and grabbed my arm aggressively and told me that she was sorry and that she lost her temper but she still could care less if we come back there ever again. I grabbed my arm away and told her don't she dare touch me and she grabbed me again and said she was sorry. We have frequented Christiano's for a while now and it has been one of my favorite restaurants and I'm shocked by the treatment we received today and the carelessness and lack of respect from the owner. I have never in my life been treated like this at any kind of establishment EVER. The owner could care less about her patrons and if there is dirty tape in the drinks, I can only imagine what else is going on behind closed doors. Calling the health department and the BBB. We have been going here for a while and the service has gone downhill rapidly. The place is always busy and there is always a wait to get in and I'm sure that is why the owner could care less if two less people frequent her business. Completely shocked and...

I was very disappointed in the service I received over the phone today. I was buying lunch for my employees and was looking online. Your website from a desktop computer states that salad and pizza is $9.95. I called to place the order and spoke with Allie... who was very confrontational and explained I was on the wrong website. I then asked her if she can look on a desktop PC and she said they didn't have one. I texted her a picture of my computer. She looked at it and said that the price is $16. I explained that this is false advertising if you state it is $9.95 and then charge me $16. I proceeded with the order and then called back to speak to a manager. I got Allie again that said she was the manager. She put me on hold, checked a desktop computer in the back that she said they didn't have, came back and said yes she sees where it states $9.95 and she'll let her boss know...I thought I was talking to the boss...??? She then put me on hold again and proceeded to complain and to a male employee about me. This is incredibly RUDE! She didn't even put the phone on mute!!! This is not my fault that your website is wrong. I was pleasant with her the entire time including being put on hold 95% of this 2nd 20 min phone call. She never got back to me...I wanted to pay over the phone and I had to call back. I overheard her answering other phone calls and seating customers but she did not come back to me. When I called back I got MacKenzie who was super sweet and kind. This has been a very disappointing EXPERIANCE with your business and I would not recommend to anyone in the future. Your staff needs more training on customer service...
