The staff here and the low quality of the food is why I will always order from Jersey Mike's! As someone who works down the road, it shouldn't take 30+ mins for a delivery that says it is 4 mins away. On top of the fact that the fact that the last 3 times I've ordered I've had to call about their mistakes. The first time the gentleman was very polite, he apologized, and said to eat or toss the mistake sub and a new one would be on the way. The second time the worker put on the wrong bread and forgot veggies that were added on, when I mentioned I see them on my end (online order is always the best) she said, oh they tere are when I expand the screen. The third time, today (my bday of all days) was told they would replace my order OR give my 1/3 of what I paid for it. I said I'll gladly take tge replacement. IT TOOK 1 HR TO GET 4 MINS AWAY AND FOR A LETTUCE WRAP IT SURE LOOKS LIEK A SALAD. Unfortunately I'll be taking down the JJ menu from the school and replace it woth...
Read moreA JJ delivery car drove by my house and got me a hankering for some delivered dinner. I called only to he treated extremely poorly by an extremely rude "manager" named Jasmine who rudely told me i live .2 miles too far, even though if I hit both lights I'm around 3 minutes away...and their commercials say 5 minutes. When I explained I got the idea because their delivery car drove by, she rudely explained they can decide where they want to go, and right now she just didn't want to because they are busy. Wow...unreal poor customer service. I routinely have $100 plus lunch orders for work from them, and LOVE their food. I will now switch all my business to the many other choices I have, and its all due to Jasmine. I haven't been treated that poorly in a long time...so poor I took the time to come here and write a review. She clearly does not care about the company she works for, only whats easiest for her. Read moreterrible customer service. the girl at the register was CHEWING on her fingers while taking our order, barely talked to us, and when all was said and done she just walked away from the register without saying a word. i added bacon to my sandwich (for $3.50 mind you) and since we got our sandwiches to go i didn’t see my sandwich didn’t have bacon until we got to where we were going so i had to turn around and go back because almost $4 for two measly pieces of bacon is ridiculous and then to not receive it is even more ridiculous. when i went back i just wanted to return my sandwich since i didn’t eat any of it and the customer service sucked but a new girl, who was actually very nice, informed me that they are not allowed to give refunds and can only remake the item. that’s atrocious. if you won’t refund people, you better make sure that all the points are hit every time....
