I've been here a couple of times but yesterday I had the worst experience. I went with my coworkers, and the barista with orange braided hair and an orange hat greated us with a "what do you want?" Like woah. My coworker told me that's how that barista greets her EVERY time. Its just rude. We got our drinks and proceeded to go down to Locals to get our sweet treats we also wanted. I just didnt want to burden her with our presence longer then we were already there. We work nearby and shipwreck is where almost everyone at my work goes to. She proceeded to just have a horrible attitude with every interaction. The other barista was kind so it's not like she didn't have a positive influence there. I hate having to write a review about a small business but I hope they get her the proper training and classes on talking to clients so they don't lose anymore clients because of her lack of people skills. Read moreI love this place!! The girls are all very friendly, fast, efficient and consistent!! This is especially great for me because I can't have caffeine so they are able to easily adjust their specials to accommodate and it's always the same taste and consistency (frapps). I love that they chat while they work and how they ask if I want to leave a tip or giving me the option to decline without any pressure or the feeling like they'd be mad if I didn't tip. Plus the monthly specials and flavored whip are always SO good!!!! I'm assuming that they have good coffee too because they usually have a line.
