Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Mattoon

The entire staff on the morning of 5/16/2021 was amazing, my wife and I came in while we were in town for drill. We came in, in uniform, for lunch and right away we felt welcome. I've never been in before but my wife had. Seth, one of the employees that morning, did an AMAZING JOB! His energy was amazing, he engaged with me right away, gave suggestions for what he thought would be good, and I said "do what you think would be good" I got the number 13 and Seth and the other employee convinced me to toast it, best decision ever lol. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant in a while, and it's instances like this that make me a bran new raving fan of this place. Will return! Probably gonna be eating here every drill...

Went here for the first time this past weekend. All around great experience!! Staff is super friendly and the sandwiches are amazing!!! The best Philly Steak sandwich I've had by far! There is no skimping on the toppings here! The meat was very tender, flavorful, and juicy. And the bread...oh my goodness, it was fantastic! I've seen other reviewers comparing it to Subway or Jimmy John's....I feel like they don't even come close to the greatness that you will taste at Jersey Mike's! Only downfall is that I will have to drive 30 min in order to have this again, but it's totally worth it!! Can't wait...

I have been coming here for over a year!!!! I happen to sometimes stop in twice a week. This place has the best atmosphere and all the workers are always phenomenal! Shout out to Josiah for always being the happiest guy there with excellent service 100 💯 of the time ! Of course the rest of the workers are all just as amazing 👏 Never 1 time of a bad service, which tells alot ! You don't see that these days ! Jersey Mikes is number 1 in my 📖 📕 I want to add , I think the manager who is always just the nicest , most friendliest guy should also...
