Maui Poke & Street Tacos in Kihei — Restaurant in Maui

The food was just okay — not great, not terrible 🤷‍♀️ But honestly, my husband and I had a pretty bad experience because of the girl who helped us. She looked super tired 😩 I don’t know if she was hungover, high, didn’t sleep, or just really didn’t want to be there… but her vibe was way off and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. Her work area looked messy 🤢 and I never saw her change gloves or wash her hands, which is a big no for me when it comes to food service. I’m giving 1 ⭐ because customer service and hygiene are super important to me — especially when someone’s making my food. We went to the location in Kihei. We’ve been here three days and this is my second time and I’ll probably be back before we leave. They have a great selection of proteins, mix ins, sides and sauces. The quality and flavors are delicious and at a great price. The servers here are so nice and helpful! They were knowledgeable about what was gluten free and I'd love to come back here to try the shrimp.

Everything is delicious. The pricing system is a little odd about what is included and what is extra. You can choose as many toppings from one section and only one topping from another section. Some of the really cheap items were in the "choose one" section which doesn't really make sense. I'd love to have more included and also the option to not have everything mixed...
