McDonald's — Restaurant in Maui

Went here for a quick breakfast the other day. Well quick went out the window. I don't know why they have 2 lanes open for ordering. No one was in line in front of me in the drive thru. The dining room was also not very busy. I ordered a number # 1 with a fruit punch. Which was the egg mc muffin and a fruit punch. It took the drive thru cashier a few min to cash me out. Then I pulled up to the food window and they told me if I could go and park in stall #1. So I went and parked in the marked parking stall. After that 3 more cars came thru the drive thru after me. One gets there food immediately. The other 2 are told to go and park. Because one parked next to me and the other parked in front of me in front of the open parking stalls. Well they got there food about a min after they parked. Then a few min later another employee comes out and goes to 2 other cars before coming to me where I am sitting in the marked stall that the drive thru person asked me to park in. So much for fast service or not food. If I was not in a hurry that morning i would have spoken to a manager. I dont think it would have made a difference. What irritated me the most was no apology. No have a good day thanks for waiting. Just attitude like she did not want to be there. Now I remember why I don't stop at this location very often or at all. I would highly recommend going to burger king, or subway down the street. Same price but you get better food and a whole lot less attitude. I won't be going back to this...

Poor customer service. I was the only customer at the drive thru window, and it took forever for the person to take my simple order, which was a green salad and 2 mcchicken, it's like she didn't pay attention when taking orders. I had to to litteraly repeat myself for her to get it..I went to the window to pay for my order, there she was playing around with her co worker not paying atrention to collect the money, after paying for it went to the next window to pick it up, I forgot to check the bag to see if my order was complete. I dropped off the salad to my husband for his dinner..hours later he called me there's no fork or dressing came with the salad..this is not acceptable..employees from this particular McDonald on Dairy Road are not professional enough when it comes to do their job. Not too busy but it's the slowest McDonald among all the McDonald in Maui. This is happening because they don't have good management. Shame on you guys..collecting people's money but...

Rubbish location. Given them multiple chances but every time I've got food from here ends up being not worth it. Fries always cold and stale. McChicken always mushy and drowning in mayo. Ice cream machine always broken or not available in the evening. Most recent time they were out of iced tea. Drive through menu screen was broken for like 3 months. Lobby was closed to walk-ins for "renovations" for like a year, and now that they're done I literally can't even tell what was changed (was already a newer location?). Drive through is always staffed by stoned teenagers that ask you to repeat your order four times despite speaking English more clearly than anyone working there. I've witnessed multiple drug deals in the parking lot, and a naked from the waist down homeless man camped outside their entrace in the middle of the day. Need I go on? Like I said,...
