It doesn’t seem like they’re very customer based I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes I was there in 25 minutes and then I waited in the restaurant for 20 more minutes and then they went to go check out another woman who walked in after me before me and I had to tell them no here’s the cash. I gotta go because obviously I’m not gonna wait around all day for some food. I was starvingit seems like yall are just going downhill recently. My food was undercooked. Had to throw it on the grill and the portions somehow keep getting smaller. Also, I’ve gotten your the main multiple times and this is not how it’s generally cooked. No thank you Not worth it I got steak at home and I should’ve and will just do it myself at this point since when I called to let them know that the steak was undercooked instead of letting me know that I could pick up an actual cooked one tomorrow or something I was offered to come back bring it back as if a photo isn’t going to do it justice you can’t take food back that’s not legal you’re gross Your employees have zero knowledge on any health standards at all whatsoever. They had no clue what Was going on in That restaurant Somehow, they were packing up my food and then 10 minutes later I got my food finally, but I have to wait till another woman You guys are crazy if you think anyone’s gonna continue going here if you treat them this way Since I moved here, I’ve ordered from you guys multiple times I will not be ordering again...
Read moreThe last time I visited Fried rice the wait was long and the restaurant was cold...like no heat. But atleast the service was good. Fast forward to today and it's a different experience. I arrived at Fried rice around 6 and a person had just finished ordering. When it was my turn to order, the cashier told me it would be a twenty to twenty-five minute wait. I thought that was a very long time to wait for food but figured that the must have had a ton of orders so I continued with placing my order and paid for my food. My order was taken at 6:05pm and I waited in a once again cold restaurant lobby. Twenty five minutes had passed and my order still wasn't ready. In fact other customers that ordered after me had already received their food and left the restaurant. It's now 6:40pm and I finally received my order and wasn't giving an apology for the long wait. Kind of irritated I went directly home. When I got home I took a bite of my food and it was just warm. I had to reheat my food and after a couple of more bites I was over it. Now I traveled from Cleveland to Mayfield heights to go to Fried rice passing at least 5 habatchi spots that would have taken less time to prepare my food and been givin more food for the same price. What really disappointed me was the fact I didn't receive an apology for the long wait like the other customers before me received. It will be a long while before I go back...
Read moreI remember the first month this place was in operation and the two brothers were sharing front of the house as well as kitchen responsibilities. Providing our community the best hibachi available. Better than ANY of the high priced sit down restaurants in town.
All these years later these two have stayed committed to our community in serving a high tier quality product with a customer service that matches. I have loved watching their menu expand. Their kindness and generosity to those in need as well as expanding their customer service mentality in those that work with them at the restaurant.
I love that even as they have grown their customer base and menú, the quality and creativity has stayed. I personally have never had a poor experience with them. I will share that those who have no patience to wait for a quality meal on their busy weekends. You people stay in your cars waiting in line at fast food for 30 minutes and enjoy your cold, below average meals at higher prices than here.
