8/2025 Crispy Tender Salad 🥗 - - most places put a few stripes of chicken on the top. My photo is the actual picture of how this specialty salad looks. Lots of Crispy chicken on top of mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, hard boiled egg and cheese. I asked for extra egg on my salad. Delicious 😋

8/1/2025 Update Had the classic turkey burger and fries. This is not your average flat and tasteless turkey burger. Parkside's turkey burger is very flavorful and thick 😋 You can tell in my recent picture. The bun is the right size and texture, to accompany the juicy turkey burger with your choice of toppings. The turkey burger is well seasoned and not salty tasting. You can even add bacon to it 🥓 Just delicious 😋

7/10/2025 Update On hot humid days, sometimes you don't feel like having a sandwich and prefer a decent salad. There are several types of specialty salads here at Parkside or you can have a great garden salad 🥗 The picture in my review is their garden salad, at a great price of $7.99. For that price it's a great deal. I order mine without cheese, but cheese does come with the garden salad. As you can see it's very colorful and comes with hard boiled eggs 🥚. There are a variety of salad dressings to choose from. Parkside's specialty salads are in a larger size and quite tasty too. The specialty salads are listed on their online menu. No old looking iceberg lettuce in any of their salads and very fresh ingredients. If you are looking for a great salad for a meal or to accompany one of their sandwiches, check out their menu salads 🥗

6/26/2025 Update Latest picture is their Carott Cake. Absolutely delicious 😋 The frosting is not overly sweet, like it can be when purchased at various restaurants. The cake is moist and there is a great ratio of the carrots/nuts/rasins in each slice I've purchased. There is enough crushed nuts on the edge of each slice too, which can't really be visible in my posted picture. The cake is well worth the $5.99 cost. So try out the 🥕 carrot cake and the other deserts listed on their online ordering menu.

The fruit cup is now listed online for ordering and that is well worth the $5.99 too. It is a large size fruit cup and fresh. No mushy...

As I stroll to look for clean and good cooking restaurants and always looking at reviews to try a new restaurant and As I by passed this restaurants on several occasions never new placing an order would have me falling in love with not just the food but the customer service. I called my order in I asked for a breaded chicken salad, turkey club wrap and an order of fries. Before leaving I asked was my salad breaded chicken with no attitude I was told no it's grilled with no attitude but they so quickly wanted to make what I asked for the right way but due to the cleanest and the no attitude to fix my salad correctly I said never-mind I hope it's as good as the breaded chicken salad and they both with confidence said I would enjoy my grill chicken salad and Boi was they not just right but they was on point with their confidence what the reviews said I actually had to experience and my experience was thee bomb diggy bomb go try for yourself every bite was and is worth I will BRAG so owner and staff keep up the awesome work we need more like you more than great customer service is what you will get..see yall next week for my breaded chicken salad I gottas come back the salad...

I absolutely love this place! Every time we order from them the food is fresh, piping hot and it never disappoints. I have never been much of a wrap person, but their wraps have made me a fan. Our latest experience I got the New Yorker (Sliced marinated char-grilled chicken breast, crisp bacon, melted Swiss, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, layered in a grilled tomato basil wrap) and my friend got the Grilled Tuna Sandwich which she also said was great. I also want to mention the people who own it are always so nice. I am glad this place not only survived the pandemic, but is flourishing because we really need more local restaurants. Their French fries are also to die for. I wanted to add the one and only time I had an issue it was immediately addressed and not only that, but they took my suggestion and made sure the item is now made that way every single time it's made.
