
We have ordered take out from this restaurant 3 times in the past month. The first time everything was perfection! The hostess was pleasant, and the food and sauce were delicious! However, the second time, the sauce was mostly oil and had little flavor.
Most recently, when I came to pick up our order, the girl behind the counter asked my name for the order. She looked at the name on the ONLY pick- up order bag on the counter. Then, stated it wasn’t mine and that she was going to check in the back for my order. As I waited, another worker approached and I told her the other person was checking on my order.
Meanwhile, as I waited patiently, other workers were bringing multiple orders in bags to the front for pickup and a couple customers even came to pick up their orders. After 20 minutes, I was asked for my order number. Then, more orders were brought to the front. I asked if any of those were mine and was told no. I was asked for my name and order number again. Lo and behold, the ONLY order that was on the counter when I arrived was mine all along! Due to the inefficiency of these two young workers, I waited at least 20 minutes for an order that was already prepared. After spending $90 on the order, I thought an “I am sorry about that” would have been appropriate. Both girls had an attitude and acted like it was my fault!
Furthermore, the order was prepared in a pan with a lid which was placed in a plastic bag. This would have been fine except 95% of the oily sauce was in the bag and the rest was at the bottom of the pan. The sauce was essentially just oil with NO flavor, just color! The food should have been placed in the pan and the sauce poured on top. However, it appears the sauce was poured into the bag which makes a complete mess when removing the pan from the plastic bag. The food and sauce were flavorless!! Also, the cajun fries we ordered were cold and soggy.
From the rude and subpar employees I dealt with, the flavorless sauce, flavorless food, cold & soggy fries, and the unnecessary wait since my $90 order was already on the counter when I arrived, we will definitely not be returning to this location.

Read moreI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your establishment on 03/07/25 in Harvard Park, Cleveland OH. I wish I could give this place zero stars based on the numerous issues we encountered.
My family and I, including my granddaughter, arrived at your restaurant at 6:00 PM. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, we were not seated until 7:30 PM. This was just the beginning of the issues we faced. Once seated, we waited another 30 minutes before our server even came to take our food and drink orders. Unfortunately, the server did not provide her name, which made it impossible for us to inquire about the status of our drinks or food later.
The service did not improve from there. It took over an hour for the meals to begin arriving, and when they did, they came out in pairs, which caused further delays. The drinks and appetizers, which we had ordered at the same time as our meals, were not brought to the table until all the main courses had been served, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, we intended to place a to-go order, but our server never came to check on our table again, so we were unable to do so. This lack of communication and attention to our needs was frustrating and disappointing.
To add to the experience, the quality of the food was subpar, with some items arriving undercooked. The overall management of the restaurant was ineffective, leading to this chaotic experience.
I believe that this experience is unacceptable for any dining establishment, and there is no acceptable explanation for the poor service and food quality at this establishment. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that future guests do not have to endure the same issues...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Today 7/29/2023 I went with my sister to Juicy seafood. The server started off really nice but we started to notice weird behavior from her. Bot I and my sister noticed at separate times. The food was good as always. But when it came time to check out I got a receipt for $133 and was charged almost $200 when it was all said and done and got the tendered receipt . Then when I said something to the server she took my card and charged it again for $133 again instead of just giving me a partial refund. She then LIED to the manager and told her she just over charged me when she really charged me an incorrect amount and then the correct amount. The manager said I can’t get my money back until almost a week from now which is what it is. But I feel I should have been comped my entire meal because that’s good business. I was basically told to just wait and get over it which is not fair. When I asked for a corporate number they gave me a cell phone number. I will be calling back to speak to the owner and hopefully that person can make the situation better. I honestly feel the server was trying to steal from us. Like I said her behavior was very odd and when I asked her about me Being overcharged she didn’t consult and ask me how I’d like to be refunded or get a manager she just charged my card again.
