After being at the hospital with my husband for two days due to emergency surgery I deceived to pick up some food at this establishment since it is in walking distance. I called in the order and inquired about the amount of fries in an order. When I picked up the food In the pick up area, the bartender ignored me for 5 to 7 minutes. She finally comes over to me uninterested in what I was there for. I received my food in confidence that it was correct. I get into the hospital and to the room and open my fry box to find barely ANY fries. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone said oh $**t when I asked for a manager. The kitchen manager picked up the call and told me who dropped the fries and boxed them and it was no way I had 6 fries in my box. He basically blew me off and told me he don't know what to tell me! I am unable to leave the hospital at this moment so can't take it back. I told the manager I can send him a Pic he said he doesn't know how I'm going to do that. I have no reason to lie over some fries when I just spent 27 dollars. Manager is an older guy.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT recommend THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I would give negative stars if I was able to. See Mr kitchen manager who gives two cares...maybe this...
Read morePizza was good per usual, but the service was atrocious. Went in to pick up a pizza for my wife and I while we were staying at Hillcrest, and I was the only person in the restaurant wearing a mask, which is whatever, both my wife and I are vaccinated so if the restaurant doesn't care about their patrons safety no skin off my nose. But the blond server behind the bar was incredibly rude, ignoring me for a solid 10 minutes as she chatted with patrons and checked her phone. I was the only one waiting for pickup. She never even said one word to me, merely walked up to me and looked at me as though I wasn't welcome there when she finally decided to acknowledge me at all. The pizza wasn't piping hot when she gave it to me, and I arrived ten minutes after the estimated order time, so it's not like they had to wait on my food. The worst part though is that I overheard her saying to a patron that she made me wait because I was wearing a mask.
Ironically, if she had also been wearing a mask I wouldn't have been able to hear her as I left. All together rude service from a bar that I had enjoyed going to on occasion before the pandemic. Certainly won't be...

My experience started off well. However, towards the end, my experience was disappointing. Ashley charged us for an extra drink we didn’t order. When we brought this to the attention of one of the bartenders, she dismissed our concern by saying she trusted the “sober bartender” over us.
For context, my boyfriend had one mixed drink and two shots, and I purposely limited myself to two mixed drinks since I was the designated driver. Despite our calm efforts to explain the situation, she insisted that I had three mixed drinks and refused to hear us out. It was frustrating to feel dismissed, especially as someone who knows how important it is to resolve guest concerns fairly and professionally.
