McDonald's — Restaurant in Mayfield Heights

Tony the owner was so rude I ordered a Tony's special and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with an iced coffee and 3 hash browns cooked to order. All of my sandwiches were raw and pink in the middle. I called McDonald's once I got to my work which I had a travel assignment in the area and did not get off until 11pm and would not be back in the area until the following week. My coworker and I had a quick break to eat our food and all of our sandwiches were raw and not cooked and we immediately through them out. We called the store to let them know our sandwiches were raw and could we get them made over or a refund the next time I am in town. The manager Anna hung up on me 3 times then the manager Tony hung up twice and when I Called for the fifth time Tony said he was having store phone problems and would call me on my cell. When Tony called me back he said the sandwiches were not raw and they were cooked to order and I was not telling the truth meanwhile my coworker and I bit into raw sandwiches and he still said it was not true he was very unprofessional and said he was the owner and wasn't going to do anything about it. He then said bring the food back I explained to Tony that I was at work until 11pm and 2 of the sandwiches were in the trash and we had the other sandwich and I was not digging in the trash to bring a sandwich back. I explained to Tony that I could bring the food back in a week due to me being on a travel assignment and that I will be back next week he then proceeded to tell me it wasn't true and how he is the owner and he is Corporate as well and his food is never raw. I told Tony ok have a nice day, Tony then called my cellphone to harrass me more about how his food wasn't raw like he literally called my cellphone back after I disconnected the call after being called a liar by Tony. Make sure you check all your food when you go to this McDonalds and don't expect much from the owner he is rude, unprofessional and calls his customers liars. I don't know if Tony just assumed I wanted a free meal or what but he handled this horribly by...

I went through the drive-thru they gave my food to the car in front of me and then tried to give it to me when I said I didn't want it then the boy got mad and walked off and the other girl said can you pull up and I said that's not sanitary and she said yes I know man then the manager charity came out with an attitude and handed me food and a chocolate milk and I thought it was the new food and I told her we don't need the chocolate milk we ordered an orange drink and then I drove off and halfway down the street I said something's not right so I stopped to taste the food and it was cold and then I looked and I saw the chicken head white stuff on it which let me know that it was old so I went back and I went inside and they were rude Miss charity started lying about the situation that she had repacked the food herself because she said that we had apples in the first one I said I don't know what we had in the first one because I never opened it but I do know that we never ordered apples we ordered extra fries and she was claiming that she had packed the food herself fresh she refused to give me fresh food and my money so I called 911 and I left the store and waited outside for them because by that time they were all laughing at me because they knew what they had done and she was being nasty and rude. When the police got there they went in and got me her name and she is charity and a phone number that is supposedly the management company so I left a message for them and then I'm rating this online this episode took an hour my grandbaby had no food and it is now 6:55 and she's just finishing her McDonald's at a nicer more friendlier McDonald's. Over Priced franchised McDonald's that is not consistent with McDonald's current prices or specials. This McDonald's (Mayfield Rd in Mayfield Heights, OH), along with the McDonald's in South Euclid, OH (also on Mayfield Rd) are owned by the same franchise. Both are missing many items from the $1, $2, $3 menu (that you will find in other McDonald's). Also, expect to pay $1 more for Happy Meals, .66 cents more for each order of fries, .50 cent more for cheeseburgers, etc. *If you compare your bill to other McDonald's, across Ohio, you end up paying quite a bit more in Mayfield Heights and S. Euclid. If you are going to be traveling elsewhere anyways, you will save or get more food for your money at other McDonald's. There also has never ever been a time in which either the Lyndhurst or S. Euclid McDonald's has not missed items at a Drive Through or take out order. Always missing items from Happy Meals, missing fries, half filled fries, no sauces (even after they ask), etc. Both McDonald's had a dining room upgrade, yet Lyndhurst almost always has half the dining seating area closed. The owners need to understand that other McDonald's across Ohio, are way better in price...
