Flying M Coffee Lakeside — Restaurant in McCall

We visited on a weekday mid-morning that wasn't busy, and I asked if their Mocha drinks were made with a strong chocolate taste. They assured me they had this special process that made them especially good with chocolate, etc. So my drink comes out luke-warm, tasting like a Latte. (??) I couldn't taste any chocolate in it. They then screwed up my wife's drink twice, all the while laughing about their mistakes. Just naturally happy people, I guess. My wife ordered their bacon scone that was dry as sawdust without any discernible bacon. 2 out of the 3 counter servers were friendly, so I'll give the experience 3 stars in case it was just a weird...

Love the environment, but they put so many up charges on there!! My Italian soda was supposed to cost $3.65 + tax, but cost me almost $6!!! They charged me for flavors, 85 cents each, but isn’t an Italian soda supposed to include flavor? They also made me use the coffee bar cream to put in it. This has happened multiple times and needless to say i am NOT happy. The drinks are always good but the price is never accurate, and being expected to tip on top of it is just expensive and...

Wow wow wow! I love the Flying M in downtown Boise and Nampa, and this one is a great addition to McCall. The staff are so lovely, and I was amazed by the amount of options for breakfast.
