Good food, but make sure you only go there when no one is there and you are ordering a single serving. I just called at 4:15pm on July 1, 2016 to order a small taco catering set for (8) people. The "gentleman" who answered the phone immediately started talking to someone in the background about how they may not want to do this. After several times coming back to the phone he eventually said they would do it, but only for (10) people minimum. I guess he thought I would say no? After that he began to explain how this is going to be really problematic for them because after 6pm (which is when I requested pickup) they only have (5) people working at the store and its their busiest hours. When I explained to him that his line was mixing the online orders up with the orders of customers in the line, which caused them to restart orders and backup his line...his response...we are not serving our nachos like that at this Moe's. Even after explaining that I felt singled out in the store in front of the other customers....Same response again. That doesn't sound like a smart way to take over a business, especially in the middle of the pandemic. Read moreWe order from here all the time to cater our office's lunches and today, we were supposed to have a delivery at 11:00am for a wedding shower we were throwing for a co-worker of ours. At 11:30 we called to find out the status and were told the "driver left over an hr ago and we are not sure where they are". Then, about 10 minutes later, called again and were told "we dont have your order and you were not charged". When we told the person that it was pre-ordered last week and that this is unacceptable service, he stated, and I quote, "well, what do you want me to do about it?
