Update: Man, I can't make this stuff up. I love Braum's, they have my favorite mix, but jesus they mess it up EVERY SINGLE TIME. A few weeks ago I placed my regular order, the young lady brought out the wrong ice cream and when I told her that's not what I ordered she started to argue with me, saying that I should've said it right...I did say it right. Then, just last night, I ordered my same order, they brought out a vanilla mix instead of chocolate, when I said it wasn't right she said, "I'm so sorry, that's on me", takes it back to the back and guys, I'm not kidding, MIXES IN CHOCOLATE SYRUP and stirs it up instead of remaking my mix. I really don't want to stop going to Braum's, it's close and the ice cream is good, but this is a terrible store and management obviously doesn't care. Shameful!

I have been a customer of Braum’s my entire life and was thrilled to see one right across the street from my house when my family and I moved to McKinney. Unfortunately, this is the worst Braum’s I have ever been to.

We’ve been coming on a weekly basis for over a year now and would estimate that 98% of the time we deal with a wrong order, extremely long wait times, or rude and complacent staff…sometimes all of the above. I always order an orange sherbet freeze and a mix. The orange sherbet is too often watered down with barely any ice cream and my mix almost never mixed through, the candy is just sprinkled on top.

It’s a shame that such an iconic southern ice cream shop is being run by such horrible management. I really hope something can change because I love my mix and...

Braum's is always good! Customer service at this one - - not so much. The girl handed me my Mix with melted ice cream and strawberry juice running down the sides. (I don't mean a little bit either. It covered all the surfaces of the cup! I understand it's very hot and I didn't say anything about it being half-melted but you think she could at least have handed it to me cleaned up.)

I looked at her and asked her if she could wipe it off because it was going to get on me and my car. She was very irritated that I asked again. She put (1) one napkin around it and handed it back. I gave her a look like, seriously? She gave me a dirty look and then used her dirty apron to wipe all around the edges and as she did part of it spilled out on her apron but she maneuvered it back into the cup! (No, apparently she didn't understand that that was not a very hygienic thing to do. At this point I took a picture since it is now all "clean" from being wiped with her apron. Not sure if you can see all the stickiness around the sides of the cup but believe me, the cup literally stuck to my hand!)

This time when she handed it to me and I took it but asked if I could speak to the manager. She gave me a very dirty look and walked off.

She returned with a wad of napkins and said the manager was too busy to see me. I was done and decided just to post this and contact the owners because I know Braum's doesn't...
