Today 2/24/2021 I took my grandparents from out of states that have never tried Burger King , they looked forward to trying the impossible whopper , as we went through the drive through we received the worst customer service . Weโre my family comes from they do not have a Burger King so they wanted to also look over the menu for the kids . The lady over the speaker started to get irritated and told us โwe have been ordering for 7 minutes already and need to hurry upโ I then drove to the window and asked to speak to the manager who then repeated what her employee said and agreed with her . She wouldnโt tell me either of theirs names nor would she take the time to give me any number to contact to report such horrible customer service . You donโt treat customers like that , my grandparents experience was ruined for them and they wonโt be wasting their time on a Burger King anymore . Sometimes customers can be out of line but even then your job as a customer service person is to be positive , calm , cool , patient and with a smile on your face. Their manager needs to be retrained and then so does their employees ! Even if the manger didnโt see wrong in the employees doing she should have at least pretended to us...
ย ย ย Read moreWent through drive through the young man John took my debit card for my order, he was very polite and professional, read my order back to me to ensure everything right and handed my card back to me. He said I would get my receipt at the second window. When I got to the second window Claudia asked for the money for my order. When I explained to her the young man at the first window already took my debit card she said he doesnโt have a register. I asked her why would he take my debit card then and you should go ask him before I give my card again. Claudia asked me do you want your food or not if you do youโll have to pay in a rude and nasty tone of voice. So I handed her my card and drove home and looked at my bank account and was charged twice. I drove back to the restaurant and the male manager in the purple shirt along with Claudia were at the counter. She didnโt apologize the only thing she said to me was donโt come back with a smirk on her face and the man in the purple shirt said nothing to her. Donโt go to this Burger King location. They will double charge you, not give you a receipt at the first window and treat you badly for their wrongdoing and tell you not to come back again. The poorest...

Out of all the times I have eaten at Burger King none were as good as the burger I had at this Burger King the meat was hot and soft like it was cooked the bun was toasted the fries were hot like thay had just been cooked the store was very clean inside and out and there were 3 people running different cash register and all of them were frindly and eager to take your order. There nothing fancy about this store at all on the out side it's the old style look and on the inside it looks like it's right out of 1970 honestly I though I had gone back in time i had to pinch my self just to make sure i wasn't dreaming. As a consumer when I pay $7.57 for my meal I expect to get what I paid for not some half cooked hamburger and cold fries and maybe the right drink witch is the norm these days so do your self a favor and stop at this Burger King and try it I think you'll agree that the people that work here really do care about there job and you...
