Tried Mana Adda a few times, and the experience has been mixed. The biryani was excellent during my first visit—flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. But on subsequent visits, it became quite mushy and lost the texture and bold flavor that made it so enjoyable initially.
tried The pulao which was not bad, but nothing memorable either. It felt like more of a filler item than a highlight.
Mana Adda has potential, especially based on that first impression, but they really need to work on consistency and time. They take atleast 35-40 min for preparing the orders. Went at 6PM ish in the evening and there were no snacks available. I know maintaining a restaurant is not an easy task these days. being having promotional prices at the beginning, maintaining quality, timely preparation, etc.
wish they meetup expectations since this is the kind of only indian restaurant nearby. Also wish they serve breakfast atleast...
Read moreThe two ladies that greeted me as I walked in with my children were super nice! I wasn’t sure on what to order and an employee helped me decide on what I wanted. She explained everything in detail and was so patient with me. She even gave me a shot of chai to try. It was great! And they had a mango drink that was so flavorful! My son loved it! I had the chicken bayarni medium level spicy and it was great! The chicken was tender and had not dry! The rice was something else. I didn’t even know that type of rice existed. lol definitely a great experience and loved the food! Will definitely be back when...
Read moreI ordered a chicken dum biryani as takeout from mana adda, McKinney, but it was spoiled by the time i got home. I was expecting fresh food, but this experience makes me question their standards. It seems they might be freezing food and reheating it instead of serving fresh, which is disappointing and suggests a worst quality and customer care. The chicken and rice were dried out, and the yogurt was just watery. For the price, they should focus on good quality rather than goodwill gestures. This was my worst experience, and I will not visit again....
