Let me start out by saying that Travis is a very wonderful employee and that McDonald's should be very honored to have him I had actually been very pleased with the outcome of my situation I was happier than what I would have been if I would have just ordered the food N everything would have went smoothly I had an issue with the McDonald's app and it took my reward points but did not process the order completely to the restaurant my child was hungry and I left my purse at my house and I had no other way to feed her and it really sucked I was so upset I called McDonald's corporate customer service and let them know what happened I received a phone call from this man named Travis and I assumed that it was one of the corporate managers Or supervisors over McDonald's corporation and that department because he was so professional he had Just wonderful customer service skills I've never expected a call from McDonald's employee To be so savvy and to be very energetic and calming and to actually make me laugh which was I thought impossible at that point fixed everything for me and made sure that I was OK and went out of his way completely to do that cause that man didn't have to do any of it they were just supposed to refund the reward points to my account he went above and beyond his job so I don't know who this employee is but People need to pay attention to him whoever the managers Are That Man should be going places within your corporation thank you so very much! As of 3:30am on Thursday, May 12 we placed a very simple drive-tru order: 1 cheeseburger happy meal, two cheeseburgers, and a crispy chicken sandwich. We were the only customers in the drive-tru, I believe our order was #37.
The cashier on the headset was very rude and disoriented, she might have been a new hire or had a bad day. She couldn't understand what we were saying and we speak plain and fluent English. We waited paitently over 15 minutes at the window expecting the wait meant we would be receiving the freshest food, but we received a discusting and inaccurate order of 2 rock hard and cold hamburgers, a hamburger kid meal with the topping from the SALADS instead of fries, and inside one of my cheeseburgers there was a CORN KERNEL! There isnt anything with corn on the menu!? All of our food was stale, meats were very hardened, no cheese on burgers, and everything was cold. Nothing was fresh after that long wait! The staff ignored us as we tried to get their attention for the bizarre mess up- they looked at us and never came to the window after 10 more minutes. We just left and threw the food away. The night staff there doesn't care about their customers!
I hope upper/district managment is reading this review and disciplinary action to the employees on that shift is taken so this never happens to any other customers!

Read moreI ordered two Mc doubles plain with meat cheese and bread. I had to wait for close to 30 minutes when i did get my food my Mc doubles had no meat just cheese and bread. I gave it back to the a worker and they said they would fix it. I had to wait another 30 minutes and when my food was delivered it was more of thrown at me when i checked the food it was wrong again. I asked for a manager the employee on the front register told me to get out of line because he was busy i checked there was no customers. He was very rude and told me to go sit down and stay out of the way. I asked him again for the manager he still refused and left to the back. The whole place was filthy it even smelled of hot trash after awhile of waiting customers came in and the rude employee didnt even come to place their orders instead somebody else came. I asked the new person for the manager again no luck they still didn't give me my two mcdoubles plain. I even asked for a refund and they denied due to the fact i didn't have a receipt which was never given to me. I left with no food and still being meanly asked to stay out of the way.
