This location is lacking in customer service and proper food preparation.
First it would be nice to finish my order before the order taker decides to make changes without explaining. As I corrected her on what I wanted she said she was "trying to save you money". I appreciate the gesture however it was not needed. Better to explain to the customer after they complete their order. In my opinion, this could have been approached differently!
Then when you get to the drive thru window to pay and pick up you, are sitting there for the longest. You are not greeted, just told the price and then "here's your order" and not thanked.
Upon leaving window we noticed our order from the bakery was wrong. My husband went inside to get what we ordered, to then find out they no longer make it. We replaced what they gave is for blueberry muffins. The blueberry muffins tasted like Betty Crocker yellow cake mix with blueberries in it. Not impressed!
Once we get home I find out that my salad had been prepared horribly. I ordered the Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Chicken with no chicken, per my order as I always do! The avocados we're very brown and should not have been served to anyone. The salad did not have the feta cheese and the adobo corn blend. I also ordered the 10 vegetable soup (first time ordering) and it was delicious!
My husband ordered the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl. Once we got home the cut out of the bread had parchment paper stuffed inside and around the bread bowl and the bread lid placed on top. Which caused part of the parchment paper to break off into the bread and stick.
Panara management - please bring your values to this store. One of which is: "Serving Food We Would Serve Our Own Families".
Today, I did not feel like this is food you would serve your family. It is sure one I would not serve to mine!

The manager of this location, Mohammad, emailed me personally after reading this review and offered me two free meals. I picked them up yesterday and everything was correct. I am (once again) a happy Panera customer.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I received a $10 email coupon today, and drove to a location to make a purchase. I ordered at the drive-through and realized the $10 coupon code was not included within the email - meaning I had to log into the Panera Bread website while I was in the drive-through in order to retrieve said coupon.
I didn't want to hold up the order line due to a coupon that was hard to retrieve, so I just paid with my card instead.
After arriving home, I realized the Panera Bread staff forgot to pack my bread bowl AFTER they asked me if I wanted to pay the upcharge for the bread bowl (vs cup) on my You Pick Two order.
So I drove back to the location to ask for it, since I paid more for that.
When I get up to the window again, the driver hands me another bag (sealed) and said the bread bowl was included. It was not - she gave me another cup of soup.
I drove back through the drive-through line a third time, and this time a Manager asked me what I needed. He looked confused.
I said I was given two wrong items in a row - and he finally gave me the 1 bread bowl I originally paid for.
I work in marketing. This was a huge fail from multiple online and in-person customer touch points. I won't be taking advantage of any more Panera Bread coupons or visiting this location again - as it took me 1 hour total to travel to the location, travel back there, receive what I actually paid for, and then drive home to eat it.
Do better, Panera. You're...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I first came to this location in the second last week of September. That day, our sandwiches were prepared by McKenzie, who built awesome sandwiches for me my husband. McKenzie paid close attention to every request on the order. She was also extremely polite and good-natured. In response to my request, she also cleaned the counter and changed her gloves prior to constructing our sandwiches. Due to McKenzieās outstandingly amazing interaction with us and the specific care with which she constructed our sandwiches, my husband and I returned to this location 4 more times. Unfortunately, all subsequent visits were average/below average. We did not get to see McKenzie again. Each time something was either missing from our sandwiches or was minimally present. The last time we were there, the lady at the register was rude, untrained, and unable to take the order correctly; instead of apologizing for her inability to do so, she was harsh. After a while, we realized that we had been overcharged; then the General Manager/ franchise owner came to our table but did not apologize. Instead, in a matter of fact voice, he told us that it was a very small amount and told us to get something sweet. When we declined, in a sour voice he said that he would just return the overcharged dollar amount. After that, we just did not feel like returning to this location - incomplete sandwiches coupled with poor overall customer service from some of the staff and the management. Weād rather drive to a different Panera location. Of course, McKenzie was exceptionally...
