Razzoo's Cajun Cafe — Restaurant in McKinney

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Razzoo’s for the first time, and I just have to take a moment to share what an outstanding experience it was, largely due to the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Erin.

From the moment we were seated, Erin made us feel welcomed and valued. She approached our table with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly set the tone for a wonderful meal. As this was my first visit to Razzoo’s, I wasn’t quite sure where to start with the menu, but Erin was quick to offer thoughtful recommendations. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her suggestions were spot on. I truly appreciated her attentiveness in helping me navigate the various dishes, as it made my decision-making process much easier.

Erin’s professionalism was evident throughout the entire meal. She maintained a perfect balance of being friendly and approachable while also being highly attentive and efficient. She checked in with us frequently, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Whether it was refilling our drinks, offering additional condiments, or checking on the status of our meal, Erin’s service was impeccable. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience as enjoyable as possible.

Not only was Erin attentive, but she also demonstrated a level of warmth and personality that made the meal feel even more special. Her ability to remember little details, like our preferences or even the way we liked our drinks, made us feel like more than just another table to wait on. Her thoughtful and professional approach made the entire dining experience seamless and incredibly pleasant.

By the end of our meal, we were not only full but completely satisfied with the level of service we received. Erin went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just right, and her efforts certainly did not go unnoticed. I left Razzoo’s feeling as though I had received the best possible service, and I couldn’t wait to return.

I’ll definitely be coming back to Razzoo’s in the future, and I can say with certainty that I will be asking for Erin next time. She turned what could have been an ordinary dining experience into an extraordinary one, and I can’t thank her enough for that. Erin is truly an asset to Razzoo’s, and I look forward to enjoying more meals with her exceptional service in the future.

Been a customer of Razoo's since they started at Spring Valley & 75 in Richardson in the 90's. Today 11/05/2023 @ approx. 12:00pm I went to get lunch after church. Upon arriving and being seated some friends of mine (elderly) texted me and asked me to come sit with them. they were about 1/2 way through their meal, but I went anyway. I ordered and the server got my order wrong so I sent back my side and he brought the right one. My friends finished and paid their bill. We chatted as I finished my food . The server brought my bill and laid it on the table and burned off. My bill was in the ballpark of $15.35. I laid a $20.00 on the table and my friends and I exited the restaurant. As we were out in front of the restaurant the server came out and acosted my friends saying they hadn't paid the full bill! (This after he had brought them their change!) They told him my bill was seperated and he had brought it to me. He turned to me and acosted me. He acted as if I were now the thief trying to walk the bill. I told him I laid a $20 bill with the ticket on the table! He burned back off inside. I got to my truck and called inside and asked to speak to the manager (Eric). Well, the customer is always right is certainly lost at Razoo's! Eric tells me that they encourage the customers to give the money directly to the wait staff (Who I never saw after he brought my ticket). I was never "encouraged by anyone to do anything". In fact, the only thing myself and my friends were encouraged to do was be treated like thieves trying to abscond without paying our bill and be publicly humiliated outside the restaurant. Eric (The manager) was on auto-pilot to invite me to contact corporate, which I most certianly intend to do. Lastly I can't help looking back at how we were served and later treated if this wasn't racially motivated as our server seemed to have a chip on his shoulder...

Take out...Cajun 2 ways....had like 10 fries and thr etoufffe had may e 4 or 5 bites.....our side item of red beans and rice had more food than the etouffe.....barely any sau e on the bread budding....usually comes in the side....3 in thr afternoon ....are yall too busy to prepare enough food.....that was really sad looking ....smh

This update is from another visit: read above.i might as well Copland paste and add on...here we go...sat at the bar had a drink while waiting on food . Get food amd decode check order....I immediately busted out laughing and couldn't stop..I was like is this a joke like commits a joke right? Bartender looks amd says is that it ? That's your ettoufee? They cam e me 3 lil crayfish and a table spoon of sauce in a bullet. Like the lil round dipping bowl size in pics above. Yes they did. She grabbed and saod no way I'm going fix this amd I asked if they can change it to white rice. Got the same lil white rice back tho as she saod I think they supossed to serve that in a bowl size. Yep .. I didn't touch anything and took pics. Like 16 fries on this order.fried crayfish was a good abundance but they barely put any etouffe in the bowl amd gave me the same brown rice back but in a slightly bigger yet small tiny white idk dipping sauce bowl type? Boudin balls were good. There bread budding is alwasy very good yet this time, I got some type of very stinky strong thick black jelly like substance for my rum sause. It was disgusting. Like aweful awful. Idk if it was burnt or what but it was the worse taste I eve tasted. I'm so done with this location. 39 bucks for my meal amd 25 for 2 drinks amd I got some balls and fired crayfish and useless bread pudding. I've even inside and never had problems so maybe they just trying save cowt on...
